A week later, Bucky was finishing unpacking Igor's truck when he saw Violetta standing a few feet away. He walked over to her and kissed her. Violetta kissed him back. Igor was closing up shop when Bucky and Violetta came around the corner. Bucky gave him his keys. Violetta waved to him. Igor admitted to himself. He never saw Bucky this happy before in the months of knowing him. Igor decided to take them back to Bucky's apartment. Once there, Bucky and Violetta ran upstairs to the apartment. They went inside the apartment, so Violetta could start on dinner for them. Bucky helped with the dinner preparations in the kitchen.

"Meat and potatoes tonight." Violetta told him.

Bucky smiled at her. "You know what I like." He answered.

"Yeah, it's a night for it." She replied.

After dinner, Violetta and Bucky laid on the floor. Bucky held her in his arms. He breathed her smell of vanilla into his lungs. Also, he kissed the back of her neck. Violetta threaded her fingers with his fingers. She kissed them lightly. They were I love with each other. Bucky loved Violetta's company. It kept him thinking back to the dark days in his life. Violetta rolled over to face Bucky on the floor. He kiss her. Their tongues began their dance around inside of their mouths. Violetta pulled away from Bucky as she smiled.

"I'm going to head home. I have a double shift tomorrow." She told him.

"Alright, I will see you in a few days." Bucky replied.

After Violetta left the apartment, Bucky made his way to the bathroom. He got undressed for his shower. As Bucky looked in the mirror, he saw so many scars of being tortured by men who abused him. Bucky turned the shower water on in the shower. He crawled inside the shower. He let the water run down his broken and scared body. While he was in the shower, Bucky washed his hair and his body. It felt nice on his skin. Bucky jumped out of the shower then he got dressed for bed. He crawled into the warm bed. Bucky fell asleep as his head hit the pillow.

Two weeks later, Igor and Misha were at the shop. It was closing time. Bucky was finishing up his rounds of unloading logs for people. Igor bought a six pack of beer. Letta and he were expecting a boy. Misha was drinking down one beer as Bucky came into the shop. He sat next to Igor and took one beer out of the pack.

"I'm having a boy, Bucky." Igor announced.

Congratulations Igor! Is Lessa happy with the news?" He asked the other man.

"Oh she is. After she had two girls, she is proud for a boy." Igor replied.

"You have a wife. Bucky has a girlfriend. I'm waiting in a boat." Misha said. He drank some of his beer.

"You will find someone, Misha." Igor reassured Misha on his dating issues.

"There are wonderful women around Bucharest." Bucky told Misha as he popped open his beer.

"Yes." Misha stated.

After he drank with Igor and Misha, Bucky went home. He took jacket and shoes off. Then he sat on the couch. Later, he was writing memories in his notebook when he heard knocking on the door. He didn't bother to get up to see who it was at the door. Violetta came into the apartment with a newspaper. She handed it to Bucky. He took the paper.

"All of the governments have a solution for the Sokovia issue. They are going to make a deal with the Avengers." Violetta told him.
