Ch - 9 Losing my heartbeat Pt 2

I know I was making it difficult for Forth to drive holding his hand tight but I couldn't help it, everytime I looked at the rear view mirror I saw Pha staring at his photo of him and Yo from backstage of Moons & Star competition, this was before they got together officailly and when Pha finaly got his act together after years of mopping and gathered all his courage to chase his love. Kit was sobbing softly in Mings arms and Ming was gentle wiping his tears, he had a poker face but a popping vein on the side of his mouth betrayed how stressed he was about his best friends disappearance.

" Forth, are you sure the protype works, Yo's professer said the jungle was very dense and signals were weak", I said staring outside at the talls trees zooming past as we got closer to the Camp Base.

Taking my hand and kissing it Forth said, " Have some faith in me and my engineer boys, we built the device to track using global GPS, you could be in Narnia and I will find you".

Kit suddenly got up and said " Who's idea was this tracker in the first place".

Forths eyes meet Pha in the rear view mirror for a few seconds and Pha cleared his throat saying,

" I suggested it to Forth, I wanted to test his ability to protect Tee and use it to help protect my Yo, I don't have the luxury of time sometimes but as long as I knew where Yo was I was satisfied".

We all sighed, we often teased and compained about Pha and his possessiveness, be it from school or university Pha loved me and Kit and Yo as family and protected us by keeping us under his watchful gaze. As much as what he did was underhand, giving Yo a smart watch as a travel sickness bracelet, he had been proved right, Yo was missing and he had the means to find him.

Forth suddenly took a sharp turn and we came up to a large clearing with several scattered tents and a huge roaring fire, we all hurriedly took are seatbealts off and clambered out the car, the first thing we heard was loud incessant wailing and suddenly Forth, Ming and Pha were surrounded by clinging fairy angel gang,

" P'Pha you will find are cutiepie Yo, I miss his shouting at us" ,
" Ming please tell me Yo is safe I couldn't bear it if he got hurt because of us',
" Forth, your big and strong you will find our baby Yo na, na, an",

As much as I wanted to kick them all in the butt for losing Yo, me and Kit let them cling onto yhem longer, they were obviously distraught but when Montee tried to touch Ming butt I snapped and shouted.

" NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO FLIRT, where is the Professor, Forth and Pha have an idea on how to find Yo.

Startled they let go and me and Kit rolled are eyes and we all followed when they lead us to a large tent and we heard radios messages ahead.

Yo's Professor came up to us and shoke Pha hand, " I'm glad you made it, I had to contact Yo Father and he was ready to send the military, when I told them you plan he was impressed and said that his son-in- law is the best".

Pha straighted his back and lifted his chin with pride, hearing praise from Yo's father was enough to energise us all.

"Father said he will send us supplied if we need it", turning to Forth he carried on

" Unless he can send me another Forth then we a good, Please Professor do you have the things we asked for"

The Professor and Yo's classmates then handed us supplies of flashlights, maps and radios. We split up into groups and set off, Ming and Kit joined the Professor's team and me and Forth joined Pha.

Taking out the device in his pocket carefully Forth then rang Lam and checked that everything was working online.
After a few minutes the device lit up and a singal in red could be seen on the screen,

" Good news Pha, his watch is working we got a signal, lets move quickly'

Hello my lovely readers, so sorry for the long haitus but I got the most lovely nagging message from @KamiyaKaoro and was guilted into updating, I'm now in university and living in halls so thats why the delay in updates and thank you for your patients, I promise more frequent updates now but no promises as I have deadlines coming up amd instead of working on my paper I'm wroting fanfiction 😂, again please don't mind my spelling and grammar and I'll edit this at a later stage, sorry also for short update but please send me lots of comments and likes.
