Day 79: 7/8/2018

So eventually I'm gonna go in depth about my love of music and writing here before I get to chapter 100, but in the mean time, let's talk about pretty people.

(Okay so this was originally going to be about pretty people that I like but then as I went on it took a turn and just....well you'll see as you go along)

So I was going to post a bunch of pictures of men and women that I look up to and find just amazingly beautiful, but it brought me to realize something. I don't look up to that many women.

And it's not to say that I don't admire the diligence, talent and sheer brilliance that a lot of women have, it's just that I don't actively (or rather consciously) look up to as many. And that's really sad to me because there are tonnes of amazing women out there and I shouldn't really be struggling to come up with some that inspire me to work harder.

And Jae.

Who are both hardworking and amazing artists who inspire me to work towards my dreams and also inspire me to work harder when learning other languages as all three can speak at least too. On the language side of things, I'm most inspired by Felix as he's a budding artist (part of the group Stray Kids, you should check them out) who's not only talented, but trying to succeed in a foreign industry all while teaching himself an entirely new language. If that doesn't inspire you I don't know what will.

There's also Philip Defranco.

Who inspires me to not only speak my mind but to also be open to listen to others opinions and discuss our differences rather than fight on it

There are probably a couple more but you guys are getting the point.

And for the women.

There's mainly just Lilly, inspiring me to work harder (you guessed it) and not be afraid of pursuing my dreams

There's mainly just Lilly, inspiring me to work harder (you guessed it) and not be afraid of pursuing my dreams. And my mother of course who just deserves a whole chapter all to herself.

And seeing how big the difference is is just wild. A few years ago this was the complete opposite. There were a handful of women who inspired me but absolutely no men what so ever. I guess it's a product of me getting older but I'm not sure.

I guess it might also be due to me not exploring the wonderful world of influential people out there and just limiting myself to what I already know. What do you guys think?

Also I want to know if there's anybody that you guys (the three people still reading this*) look up to.

*I will continue to make that joke until either 3 becomes 4+ or the 3 become 0. Whichever comes first honestly

Oh also, speaking of Stray Kids. Song up top, what do you guys think?
