Hey there! This is my first story, so I hope it won't be that bad.
Please, feel free to write your opinions no matter if they are good or bad. They will help me progress! You can DM me also if you want! :)
PS I know Steven was out of the band in the time this is set in, but I like him and just wanted him to be part of the story too!
We exited the bar and started walking towards the hotel. I was rushing to my room, overwhelmed with tiredness after the show and a bit annoyed at my bandmates for acting so obnoxious at the bar we went to after the concert.
They were a staggering, giggling, cussing, occasionally singing bunch. Especially Slash and Duff. They were the drunkest part of the group. Steven mostly giggled, Izzy staggered and from time to time made weird noises, while Duff and Slash were a fucking mess. Those drunken bastards. They walked leaning against each other for support, wavering along the way it was a miracle how they managed to walk 10 feet without falling. They were loud, not only they giggled, talked and sang loudly (only Duff was singing - or he was trying to), but their steps were heavy and echoed through the peaceful night.
I kept looking back, to see what was up with those fuckers. They were progressing somehow. I told myself they could make it on their own, and just as I was about to quicken my step, I hear a loud thud. I turned around to see what was going on. Slash was down on the floor and so was Duff. The other two were laughing so hard they snorted. Steven laughed and snorted so hard he ended up puking. Slash and Duff were laughing at themselves like the idiots they are, and they laughed even more at Steven when they saw him snort then puke. I was looking at them seriously, thinking about leaving them on their own like this.
- Axl - Slash said through his giggles.
- What?
- Axl - he started again, but couldn't contain his laughter.I rolled my eyes. I wasn't gonna wait all night until they finish their laughing session. I turned around and started walking, annoyed.
- Wait - I heard a voice say.
I stopped at my tracks and turned around.
- You have to help one of them walk. You are the least drunk.
It was Izzy who said that. Well, at least one of those four was sane enough. He stopped laughing now.
Steven was gripping a street light for dear life, looking exhausted but a smile plastered on his lips. Those two were like kids trying to stop laughing when they know they shouldn't be doing it.- You are idiots - I came up to them and helped them get up. First Duff, he wavered, but I let him go to when I heard Izzy yelling behind me: "I got him". I helped Slash get up. He giggled and almost fell down but I held him. He put his left hand around my shoulders, leaning his weight against me. Then he put his right hand; he was hugging me sideways. He giggled. He leaned his head to my ear and said: "Thank you." then giggled. I don't know if he wanted to whisper, but all of us heard him clearly and I could hear the rest snickering.
- Let's go already. - I said seriously.
All of us started walking. I thought that we would be the first to get to the hotel, but Slash was so slow and he put most of his weight on me so I was almost dragging him. I walked as fast as I could at first, but I was growing tired and Slash moaned and whimpered from time to time because our walking speed was not to his liking, so I had to slow down. We were slowly falling behind others.
Steven walked beside Duff who was clinging to Izzy. I heard them rumbling and laughing.
Slash murmured some incoherent things which I didn't bother trying to understand.- Stop, stop.
Slash was quite for couple of minutes when he suddenly broke that silence.
I stopped. I looked at Slash, puzzled. He looked back at me, or so I suppose, I can't say for sure because of that huge hair of his that covers his eyes. He was serious.
