Chapter One

     James looked at the forest questioning himself aloud. He wanted it to look nice weather it is there or not.
"Should I cut it down? No, they might think it to be unusual for me to do that. No. I could just fan it out?" Willard stumbled into the room.
"Are you deciding weather you should cut your beard again?" He watched James in disbelief.
"Shut up, it matters" James said playfully. "I think I'll leave it."
"Are you sure? I mean, we have to shave, it's regulation."
"Yeah, but, I don't care. I bet that they don't care either."
"How much do you bet," Willard asked seriously.
"Twenty bucks."
"Twenty-five," Willard competitively announced.

     After there preperation, they all walked to the meeting room for an emergency meeting. The president flew there directly from Washington DC. The meeting is for SEAL team 4 only; thus, only SEALs from team 4 arrived. They are collectively on time.
     There are 10 people in the room. The president, three other men, and all six men in SEAL team 4. Nobody mentioned James' beard
"Soldiers of the Navy SEAL team 4 you are being called on a mission. I eagerly ask for your own sake that you are up for what might be asked of you. For the last three weeks you have trained with technology that no other power possesses. You have learned and mastered the use of the E.T.D.'s, that were so conveniently discovered by an American scientist." He paused and collected his thoughts. "Unfortunately, other governments have caught word of our discovery. And even less fortunately, it was a man from our own government- you teammate, Anthony Stalks. In an attempt to contain those who could betray us, we put every soul that acknowledged the E.T.D.'s into a holding phasility in the deserts of California. At 3:21 this morning an elite North Korean special forces team broke into that phasility and took hostages. Of those is Anthony. Luckily, Anthony was moments from a surgical apointment and was heavily seduced. He will be unconscious for all of about the next three hours." He then pased before his conclusion. "American spies tracked our hostages to an abandon port on the coast of California. Your mission, being our best equiped team currently, is to infiltrate the target structure using whatever force necissary, to protect and escort our men and woman, and -most importantly- to kill Anthony Stalks on site."
"Excuse me sir?"
"You heard me correctly, you will kill him on site."
"Why sir, wouldn't the enemy get the same ammount of info from any other one of our people? Why would we kill him and not everybody there?"
"Because, James, Anthony was instructed by the E.T.D.'s inventor on how to recreate the device in a case of absolute emergency. I'm sorry James, but whatever connection you had, loose it because you will kill Anthony Stalks. Understood?" James hesitated.
"Yes, Sir" they all replied.
"Good. Standby for briefing for opetation Whiplash. Good Luck team 4, you'll most certainly need it." The president proceeded out of the room followed by the other couple men. Everyone but SEAL team six had left the room.
"Damn it Anthony!"
