Dan woke up to the glistening sun melting his skin. As he opened his eyes, he realised his surroundings had changed; he was in a forest clearing.
"Sorry," an angelic voice whispered behind him. "The police were coming down the trains. I didn't want them to arrest you so I took you with me." Dan turned around to find the stranger from before, giggling as he plucked the luscious grass encircling his legs.
"I'm Phil, by the way," he looked up at Dan with those bright blue eyes, letting the sun sink into his skin "Phil Lester."
"Oh, I-I'm ah..." Dan was lost for words, he was content just staring into this stranger's eyes for all eternity. Phil plucked another piece of grass, snapping Dan back into reality. "Sorry, yes, I'm Dan Howell."
"Haha, why do you apologise?"
The two laughed over such a small subject for no particular reason, but Dan could feel his heart skip a beat.
"So, where do you want to go?" Dan speculated any possible answers whilst Phil thought of one.
"Hmm, anything, really... What about you?"
"Acting." Dan said the word so quietly, he didn't even hear it himself.
"Sorry?"
"You know, like Broadway or on TV or a circus..." Dan said it with more passion as the wind blew past him.
"Aw cool! I just want to live in a big city... I might figure it out then..."
"Why don't we figure it out together?" Phil tilted his head at the thought.
"Together?" Dan moved closer to Phil and sat his hand over Phil's.
"Together."
