📍Honolulu, Hawaii 🇺🇸
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to travel the world? Not just with yourself but with your best friends.
For the most fortunate it's possible, and Jisoo was in that boat. Waking up with a sigh, she stretched out against the large bed.
Soft white hotel sheets against her milky skin. The sound of tropical birds filling her ears. She slowly opened her eyes.
The sun was shining brightly, making her squint. She smiles otherwise and turns over with a sigh.
She pops an eye open, looking to the other side of the bed. A small laugh escapes her lips before she's snaking her arm around the body next to her and pulling them close.
It earns a small groan. "Jisoo yah..."
The familiar whine causes a smile to crawl onto heart shaped lips.
"You wake me up too early."
Jisoo leans up to rest on her arm before brushing black hair off of a sleepy face.
"Because we can't waste the day away." Jisoo says.
"Right. Not a single minute of the day is to be wasted." Jennie chuckles.
After graduating high school, Jisoo's parents granted her, her one wish. All she wanted to do was travel the world with her best friends. To complete every single thing on her bucket list in a year.
So that's what she's been doing. They're only two weeks in, and she was waking up in some Hawaiian Resort next to her very best friend Jennie Kim.
She's known Jennie for a long time now. The two of them were inseparable since their first meeting.
Lips pressed against her skin is what drew her out of her thoughts. She laid back down onto the pillows, allowing Jennie to crawl atop of her.
One of the first things on Jisoo's bucket List was to tell Jennie she loved her. The second thing was completed right after, when Jennie leaned over and kissed her in response.
1. Tell Jennie Kim you're in love with her ✔️
2. Kiss Jennie Kim ✔️Although it wasn't her first kiss with Jennie. It was the first one she really meant.
She remembers her actual first kiss with Jennie. It was hard to forget.
Letter Two:
Dear Jennie,Do you remember the first time we kissed? I'm sure you do, but in case you forgot, I'd like to remind you.
We were ten, and your dad had built that tree house in your backyard. We were so excited because my sister would always bug us at my house, and your mom didn't like it when we were too loud at yours. Which seemed to be every time we spoke.
Anyways, we were so thrilled to have a place of our own. Do you remember how you said we had to have a secret handshake? You told me that anyone who didn't know it, wasn't allowed in. It was like a secret club. Our secret club.
Do you remember how long it took us to make one? We kept fighting about whose hand should be on top. I wonder if you still know it. The two slaps in the middle before twirling our arms in a giant circle. Then our fists pounded three times before our fingers wiggled together. You would shout like an Indian and I would end up forgetting the final high-five.
Do you remember what happened next? You told me we had to be blood sisters in order to keep the secrecy of our club. You told me you saw on TV that we had to cut the palms of our hands and then place them together. You said it would bind us for life.
