Chapter 28. Welcome back.

Everyone looked at the Elf Queen strange as if she was saying something crazy and then I said.

"What do you mean ?"

The Elf Queen sighed and then she said.

"What I mean is that my daughter is not exactly dead".

Everyone was now seriously confused when they heard that Rena was not exactly dead and I was frustrated at that point.

"Cut the bullshit are you here to make fun off me".

The moment I finished my sentence the Elf Queen slapped me across the face and I looked at her with a vex face but then I calmed down and she said.

"You promised that you would protect Rena so why did she die?"

Tears were falling down the Queen's face as she said those words and I couldn't say anything to be honest, I mean I did say Iwas gonna protect Rena and I let her die. Rena's mom was really depressed and I couldn't do anything about it, if she should take my life It would be fair enough but that still wouldn't bring back Rena either way. The Queen then wiped away her tears and said.

"My daughter's necklace where is it?".

Everyone looked at each other and then I said.

"Why does it matter ?"

I could see that Rena's mom was annoyed with me at this point because I mean I really shouldn't be questioning her right after she lost her daughter, Rena's mom asked me again where was the necklace and then I said.

"I have it in my room it's on my table I'm gonna get it for".

"Thank you and when you are back with it I will explain why I need it".

Emma and Emily walked over to Rena's mom and Emma said.

"I understand that right now it's hard for you since your daughter is.... since Rena is no longer here but Brandon has been really depressed the most out of all of since he wasn't able to protect her".

The Queen glared at Emma and then she sighed and said.

"I know how much he is feeling right and I get that but he promised that he would protect her and it hurts me to know that he couldn't protect my dear Rena".

The Elf Queen began to cry and Emily went over to her and held her and said.

"Emma and I both understand your pain and yes you are right Brandon wasn't able to protect Rena but all we can do now is move on sadly".

I walked back to everyone with the necklace in my hand and I went to the Elf Queen and handed it to her then she said.

"Brandon I was just talking with your sisters and I have to say I'm sorry that I was so harsh towards you it's just that...".

Before Rena's mom could finish her sentence I said.

"No need to apologize I understand completely so there is no need to...".

Rena's mother hugged me tightly and tears ran down my face while she was holding then she said.

"STOP there is no need to beat up yourself about it my daughter loves you and she wouldn't want to see you like this Brandon".

I was crying a lot, all that emotion that I held in flowed out like a river and during crying I heard a voice and it was very familiar.

"Brandon don't worry I'll be back pretty soon".

I let go of Rena's mom and I wiped my tears and said.

"Did anyone just hear that?".

My sisters looked at each other confused and then the Elf Queen said.

"So you heard her didn't you?"

I looked at her with a surprise look on my face then I answered her.

"Yes I heard Rena's voice what's up with that???"

My sisters looked extremely confused now and then Emma said.

"Kiddo I understand that you miss Rena but...".

I interrupted Emma and said.

"No I know what I heard sis and even her mom is saying that I actually heard her voice".

Suddenly the necklace floated in the air and you could hear Rena's voice coming from it.

"Hey guys it's been awhile but when I get back I'll let you know what's happening".

Rena's mom made from hand signs and the necklace glowed bright and it went straight into the castle. Everyone was really astonished and didn't know what to say, I slowly walked up to the front door of my castle and the door swung open and I saw Rena walking out and then she jumped on me and kissed my lips soon after we got up and everyone gathered up around to hear what Rena had to say.

"Soooo everyone as you all know I'm back and I'm reeady to kick some ass again but first I'm guessing questions must be answered first".

Rena was back and everyone was glad but no one really know what was going so Rena was going to explain what happened during the time she was somewhat dead.
