Alex Pov

"I want what's best for both of them mom and me leaving for a little while is for the best" ,I say honestly mom looks at me with an expression of anger curiosity and sadness "son you can't leave you can't run from your past anymore because you have Adrianna now and that girl she loves you and samaya do you really want to run away from them in the process of  running from what's scares you the most your fear of the past ",she says as tears start to trickle down her face I hug her tightly "your really leaving aren't you",Adrianna says as she walks down the stairs in my shirt I walked up to her "just let me explain I promise you'll understand I just can't be here I can't cause anymore damage than I already have samaya is still in the hospital because of me I want to make things right and leaving is the best way" ,I say as she starts to cry I hug her as she sobs on my shirt "what about me about everyone else you'll be leaving behind but what am I even saying you don't care about me you don't even know me" ,she says as she runs out the door I try to catch up to her but fail miserably I looks my mom for the answer and she nods her head "go get her son you fight for what you love always",she says as I'm out the door looking for Adrianna

Adrianna's Pov

I ran inside my house I can't think about this right now I have to go to school once I have everything I need I stare at Alex shirt longingly but then I remember he wants to leave me he doesn't care about me in the slightest everything that ever happened between was just a game to him if he cared he wouldn't be leaving me  Leslie out of the house deep in thought when I bump into the one person that's I never wanted to see again Jonathan he smiles at me I try to walk past him but he doesn't let me " what do you want Jonathan" ,I say with a frown "I wanted to take you to school",he says with as glimmer of hope in his eyes I shake my head "no thanks that's what I have a car for good bye" ,I say as I try to move past him to get to my car but he stops me again and out all thighs he kisses me I push him away and I slap him "what the he'll Jonathan i broke up with you remember" ,I say angrily I walk to my car I get it and I speed down the road once I get to school I tell my friends everything that happy and they all gave me sympathetic looks "I don't want your pity" ,I say under my breath school flies by in a blur so I'm at home doing my homework when I I ad a knock at the door I get up from the couch I pause the show in watch and I open the door and it's Alex "what do you want Alex I thought to where leaving",I say with my hands on my hips "I'm not because I'm always going to come back since you here",he says as he kisses me passionately I kiss him back with the same passion but then I remember what he did to me and I pull away "what",he ask me with a curious look "I his car he opens the door for me then he gets in the driver side then we're on the road again once were halfway down the road a bunch of black SUV and bands stop in front of us and Maxton price and a few of his men step out I freeze and Alex hold the steering wheel so right his knuckles turn whiter than they already are Maxton walks towards the car  he stops in front of it "I wanted you head Alex Kingston and I'm gonna enjoy this while you can or you can show Adrianna who you really are and where you taking her" ,he says with a smirk Alex exits the car I follow after him he stands in front of Maxton he smiles at him he steps back he clears his throat "I will show you Adrianna Robbins exactly what I am and how I'm a monster" ,he says as Maxton pushes one of his men toward Alex he gives me a sympathetic looks he mouths "sorry" then he sinks his,fangs into the man the man screams in pain "stop Alex stop this right now",I scream he doesn't stop like he can't even hear me "wow Adrianna how can you love a man like this he isn't even a man he's a monster but I guess you are on to two monsters in love how...horrible" ,he says with a smirk then he laughs as he kicks Alex in the stomach his fangs forcefully unlatches themselves from the man and he bleeds to death I watch in horror as this all play's out Alex gets up he wipes the blood from the corner of his mouth then he walks towards me and I did myself walking backwards "your afraid of me aren't you shouldn't have lied to me Adrianna your are scared of me like ever else in this goddamn town Maxton you got what to I wanted you were right she'd never love someone like me she probably doesn't even want to be around me to Ivan kill me now Maxton I know that's what you want I have no reason to live if it can't be being with her",Alex says as he gets down of his knees ready to die I do the not thigh that comes to mind I kiss him he kisses me back "I'm not afraid of you and I never will be no matter what" ,I whisper in his in gonna kill you I say as I walk up to him and I punch him with all the strength and I seem to have a lot because Maxton flies in front of a car he tumbles off the car and he falls to the group groaning in pain from the bleeding coming from his chest I call 911 when they f me me and Alex are long gone I hate Maxton but I don't want to be the cause of his death someone else can take that place as the sun starts to set snow starts to come down it never snows here in Westbrook it feels like something out do a movie when we stop an abandoned town comes into view "where are we" ,I ask Alex he doesn't answer me but continues to walks down the cobblestone road we walk inside of a big house that looks like it was burned down a long time ago "this was all my fault all the dead bodies that's were here are all my fault this place was called elkmore this is where many vampires used to live until I was eight me and some of my friends saw a werewolf trying to burn it down we tried to stop him but we're just kids but I know now that I could've done more to help so many people in my family died even my grandma Lucinda she was like the best friend I never had growing up she's died in the fire that day I did so many bad things since then that's why I don't let people in anymore because of this and everything else that's happened in my life I'm sorry that's when thighs go sideways I run in not running from you g r form my past and that's something I have to work on",he says as I hug him tightly and out of nowhere I'm crying "I'm not angry anymore about you leaving in so sorry that to use to go threw all that I know I made the right choice to give us a chance ",I say as we have a full on make out session when we're finished we leave i know it's time to tell him my secret now but it can wait until after homecoming
