I sighed inwardly and left my car in a rush, I looked around and didn't see anybody which instantly confirmed my fear of being late. I looked at my schedule and realized I had Communications class, which I learnt from the school tour I had yesterday, was in the second floor and I groaned loudly. I heard the teacher was a real bitch when someone was late to her class so I just decided to go to the nurse's office instead.
What is even the point of school? Urgghhhh
I barged into the office, "Hello, I'm Charlotte-Grace and I'm new, I can't really find any of my classes", I lied.
"How are you my dear, I'm Mrs. Brooks'', she said with a warm smile. She looked short, about 5'4, but I couldn't really tell because she was sitting down. She had straight brown in a bob and her eyes were dark brown and she was a little pudgy but in a cute way. She gave me another warm smile when she noticed I was done assessing her which made me blush furiously and I averted my face.
"C-could you p-please give me a m-m-map", I stuttered out due to my embarrassment. She instantly frowned at me and I feared this was a bad idea and rose up to leave until her voice halted me.
"I'm sorry honey but I don't have any maps but you can wait here while I go to the main office'', she said with a questioning look. I nodded then she stood up and left. I relaxed more on the love seat and sighed.
I guess everyone here isn't a bitch.
Minutes later, I heard the lunch bell and looked at my watch, I cant believe time passed this fast. I quickly packed up my stuff and left the office quietly, still wondering where the nurse was. I noticed the halls were still empty so I relaxed but I guess I spoke too soon because in a split second, all the students left their classes and started the onward march to the cafeteria. I wandered through the hallways quietly so as to not drag attention to myself but I still noticed people's curious glares and I tried to lower my face the more.
Its not like I was body conscious or anything because I was quite nice looking but the weight of all their eyes instantly made me pray the floor would just swallow me.
I was about to reach the cafeteria when someone pulled me into what I guess was the janitor's closet due to the overpowering smell of bleach. I looked at my captor and saw a boy, probably 6 feet, with a lean and muscular body but what really grabbed my attention was his grey eyes, they looked like swirling dark clouds. I snapped back into reality and began screaming, "Rape rape, help me''. He quickly cover my mouth with his hands and looked at me strangely but I continued my screams although they were muffled by his hands.
"CALM DOWN WOMAN'', he shouts and I glare at him with all the hate I could muster but he just laughed and let go of my mouth.
"I want to be friends that's why I dragged you here, I figured you would have ignored me if I called you out there'', he says while pointing at the door. I sighed and nodded.
Why not make friends in this hellhole?
