Kat's POV
I am moving my stuff in to my moms apartment while she is at work and am just about to the door. I am in a hurry cause the boxes are super heavy, I could see now that stacking two boxes was a bad idea. I couldn't see what was in front of me, but as I rushed towards my door I ran into something that felt like a wall. Boxes flying, and I end up sprawled across the floor. I look up to see two ocean blues looking at me, I then look at the boxes that I dropped and noticed that everything fell out the top one but the bottom one remained sealed. And when I say everything fell out, I mean everything. All my art work, which I tend to hid that talent of mine, and my old teddy bear, Mr. Pumpkin. I was 4 when I named him that, so don't hold anything against me. I look back at the wall I ran into an realize how sexy he looks
"Ah, shit" I say, not sure what else to do. I jump up off the ground, only then to realize how close we are, damn does this boy smell amazing. Kat seriously, don't think that, that's weird. I stepped back fast and then distracted myself by picking everything up and putting it back in the box. I glanced up and saw that the wall of muscles was helping me clean up my mess. I saw the moment he saw Mr. Pumpkin, a smirk appeared on his face and he looked up at me grabbing for my teddy bear. Oh god, I was beyond embarrassed, and he didn't make me feel any better
"Really a teddy bear?" He says
I quickly grab by bear and hide my face as I say "Don't judge Mr. Pumpkin"
"He's not the one I'm judging" he responded, I could hear the mocking tone. Oh the wall of muscles is judging me, great, just great. I am done being humiliated in front of Mr. Judgy pants, I'm guessing I never had a chance with the guy anyway, so I stand up and grab everything he had in his hands, shove it in the box and pick my other box up and go open my apartment door. I glanced back, huge mistake, because there was Mr. Judgy pants smirking at me from where I left him a couple feet away. Ugh, I step into my apartment, which I now have to call home, thanks mom. Note the sarcasm that is dripping from my voice. Whatever, one year and then I'm 18 and can do whatever the hell I want. Which won't be staying in New York.
