I needed some milk and a few other grocery items from the shop so I made a trip to the local supermarket to gather what I needed. I grabbed the milk put it in my basket and turned around walking strait into a tall boy. Greattttttt.... "S-Sorry I didn't mean to-"
"Whoa... I thought you didn't speak too much."
"I- I..."
I look up to see what his name... oh Lewis looking down at me. What did he mean by didn't speak too much... I guess a sorry would of cut it.
"Hey Lynnette is it?"
"Yeah... Sorry."
"It's fine."
He gives me a quick causal smile before walking off to get some dairy product. I try to walk away keeping myself from breaking down but the humiliation of walking into someone was a bit too much to bare I just grabbed what I needed and went home. I just wanted or well needed to go home and read a book. I walked upstairs to my apartment find the one the only Noah at my door step. Yay... "Lynnette! Hey sorry I did text you."
"I had my phone on silent. Why are you here."
"Do you want to hang out?"
I inwardly sighed I really didn't want to engage conversation. I look at Noah and sighed. "Noah I'm sorry; how about later?"
"Sure! That would be great, what time?"
"Oh um."
I didn't expect for him to ask for a time I meant it more as the 'lets-talk-another-time-by-which-I-mean-in-a-Few-weeks' not let's come up with times now. "6-"
"Ok! See you then."
"At your place."
"A-at my place? You sure Lynnette?"
He seemed very off put by that. He's alwayed came to my house. "Yeah is that ok?"
"You know what, sure. I'll see you then."
And just like than Noah was gone.
