Leo's Rebirth ~* COMPLETED*~

Chapter 8

       Shadow was sleeping by Leo as he opened his eyes feeling his head hurt as he looked around. His eyes widened as he got up on his elbows seeing her by him. " Shadow? What's she doing here..."
    " Lee are you up yet?" Leo asked as he waits hearing nothing as he started to stand and grabbed the cloth that was on his forehead. Leo clenched it and looked back to Shadow while he placed the cloth close to her and started to get his things on.
    But once he grabbed his hat he heard a growl making him look slowly up seeing a zombie dog. It looked right at him as it was a few feet away from Shadow's back while blood was dripping from its mouth making Leo know it was feeding recently.  " Shit... Lee wake up..."
    Leo felt a slight sweat started to come down his face as he kept his eyes on the dogs. But Shadow was starting to move while opening her blue eyes looking at Leo as she saw him frozen as she lifted a brow.  " you alright?"
    He kept his eyes on the dog still as he spoke low. " Don't... turn... around..."
    She looked at him as if crazy as she turned around. " Why not?"
    Leo's eyes widened as he yelled. " Don't!"
    But as she did the dog started to charge at her making her yell and get her arms over her face. But Leo ran fast to her getting a little over her as he grabbed her rolling them under the dog once it jumped to attack her.
    As Leo was on his feet and the dog turned around fast Leo got his sheathed katana out and hit the dog hard in the face. Shadow stood behind Leo as he got his free hand to be by her side keeping her from doing anything while he backed them up slowly to a tree. " get up the tree..."
    She didn't hesitate and started to climb as the dog started to charge again as Leo started to run at it. " Aw, my head..."
    Leo widened saying out. " Lee we need to switch!"
    Lee saw what Leo was doing as then the dog all of a suddenly jumped over and passed Leo as it started to try climbing to Shadow. " The hell!"
    " Shadow!" Leo yelled running to the tree as she looked to Leo then down as she saw the dog coming up as she went to grab another branch but to have it brake as he started to fall slightly landing on a big branch right over the dog. She starts to get back up but the dog grabbed her shirt making her stringing to get up as her back landed on the branch. " lose the shirt!"
    She widened her eye and looked at Leo as she yelling with red cheeks. " Are you crazy!"
    " just do it!" he yelled as he then started to jump fast over as he yelled. " Lee know!"
     She got her shirt off as she was in her bra and her netting shirt while she started to climb as Leo had his eyes closed to have them opened being red while Lee smirked and said getting his hand on the katana's handle. " all right!"
    He cut the dog in half but also the tree as he pulled the katana out of its sheath while then he started to land while Shadow was falling off the tree. Lee went over and caught her in time as she breathed hard from the whole thing as she looked up seeing his red eyes and a smirk on his face. " Know that I saved you let's fuck. "
    Shadow widened her eyes and got her hand into a fist and punched his face hard as it made Lee fall to the ground and she did as. Then he got his hand to the spot that she hit as then he opened his eyes showing blue and yelled. " Dammit Lee!"
    She gasped as she said pointing at him. " Your eyes were just red a minute ago..."
    Leo looks at her and looked away fast as he tried to not blush to make her then cover her bra with her hands as he explained a little. " It's hard to understand if you don't believe in more then one personality. "
    She looked away and got her back facing him as she sat there hugging herself. " I understand if you been along long enough to believe that..."
    Leo let his face go and started to get up walking over getting his jacket off and placed it over her while he said still looking away. " you can use that till we get to a place that still has decent clothes..."
     She got it on and looked to him. "Thanks..."
    He gets his hat and nods while he then went to their stuff. " so why are you following me anyway?"
    She grabbed her bag and got it on as he did the same. " Felt like it... I guess I wanted to still to explore the world."
    " well, there is not much to see know these days," Leo said as they got walking in the trees while she then kept quite looking over to around then holding the jacket close to her chest.
     " Sorry you had to lose the shirt..." she looked at him as she was seeing the difference between Leo and the other person he told her. " It's okay... It was just a shirt."
    " Still it's got to be weird wearing someone clothes..." She looked at Leo up and down saying to him. "Won't you feel weird walking around with nothing on?"
   " Not really. I and my brothers would wear just this mostly without this hat... Haha, since there is really nothing much to hide. " he said blushing a little while he rubbed his heads back. She would look at him then to his side looking at his wound. ' He must have had a lot of wounds if he could be walking around with ease like he was not stabbed...'
