Miss me? (part 1)

     Sorry if this isn't very good. I just want to post something but I'm not concentrated enough to make it good. You have been warned. It's also short because it's part one.

     Diane26859 sorry I didn't use your idea.

     Texts are in bold and thoughts are in 'these things.'

ERROR'S P.O.V.

     Error put the last of his things away just as the sun started to set below the trees. He honestly never thought he'd see that horizon again. It was just as beautiful as he remembered.

     Error's phone buzzed and he walked over and sat on the bed to check it.

you here yet?

Yeah just finished
unpacking.

thought you'd never
get here!

Calm down, buddy.
You know I'd never
leave you too long.

     Error smiled a bit as he put down his phone. He walked over to the window and sat on the windowsill.

     'This is gonna be fun.' Error thought as he heard his phone buzzing in the background.

GRAYSCALE'S P.O.V.

     "Grayscale! Guess what!" Grayscale -or Gray as most people called them- shrunk back a little at Ink's over-enthusiastic yelling.

     "Ink calm down! You can tell me something but you can't scream it at me. My ears are still ringing." They held their ears to emphasize their point.

     "Oh... sorry. But I just had to tell you!" Ink said, a grin forming on his face.

     Grayscale chuckled at their friend's craziness. "Tell me what?"

     "Oh right! My best, best, best, best friend of all time just moved back into town! He's the coolest! We used to be enemies, like forever ago, but we started getting along. But he had to move away... I haven't seen him in years... I only stayed in contact with him through texting... But he finally came back! And I'm seeing him tomorrow!"

     Grayscale smiled and laughed a little. They had already heard this story so many times that they almost knew it by heart. Gray was happy for Ink. He'd been talking about his 'friend' for ages. They were pretty sure that Ink was completely in love with his friend.

     "What's so funny!" Ink said puffing out his cheeks (what?logic?)

     Grayscale waved their hand to dismiss it. "Nothing, nothing... wait hold on. I just realized that despite telling me everything about your boyfriend, I still don't know his name." Grayscale couldn't help but smirk at their quip.

     Ink put a hand to his mouth and gasped softly. His cheekbones lit up in a bright rainbow and his look of surprise turned to a pout. "He is not my boyfriend! We're just friends! That's all!"

     Grayscale grinned. "So his name is..?"

     "Error! His name is Error and he is not my boyfriend."

     "Error? That's a weird name." Grayscale said as they tilted their head to the side.

     "It's a great name." Ink said crossing his arms.

     "You're just saying that because it's your boyfriend's name." Gray shot back.

     "That's not why I saying that!" Ink said defensively.

     "Ah, but you see, you didn't say he wasn't your boyfriend," Grayscale said pointing a finger.

     Ink gasped and blushed brightly again and shrank back onto the couch. He murmured so softly that Gray couldn't even hear him. "Uhh... speak up buddy."

     "It doesn't matter... he doesn't... he doesn't like me back... he never did and he never... H-he *sniff* never will..." Ink was now sitting on the couch with his head on his knees and tears threatening to fall.

     "Oh my god! Ink I'm so sorry! Please don't cry!" Gray said as they quickly scooted over to Ink and wrapped their arms around him.

      They sat there for a while with Grayscale whispering comforting things to Ink.

     "Hey Ink, what if I help you two get together?" Grayscale said after a while.

     "Heh. No, it's fine. Don't waste your time." Ink got off the couch and wandered back to his room.

     'Good job Gray. You made him feel bad... Nevermind I just get his boyfriend to like him back. I don't care how hard it will be! I'll do it for Ink!' Grayscale's eyes lit up purpose as they decided.
