By all the beings on the tree of yggdrasil
From Asgard to Helheim
To Odin to bragi to sol
Even all the men and women on Midgard
We all wept
For losing Baldr
Gracious of beautiful justice
And now as we grow older
What is to come of this
We all wept
The grass wept
The seas wept
The rocks wept
And also the iron
The flowers wept
The trees wept
Everything lay crying
Farewell my voyager
Farewell my rock
Farewell my axe and my sword
