after finishing my drink while scrolling through my explore page on instagram, i got bored and asked maddie if i could take her place in skyrim. "yeah, just let me finish this level," she answered, keeping her eyes on the projection of the game against her wall. i knew it was going to take another fifteen minutes before i could actually get to playing. while waiting for her to finish, i went upstairs and took three shots of random things to take the edge off. it was clear i had issues, but i always chose to ignore them. i then made my way back to maddie's room and started playing skyrim, while maddie sat on the bed talking to alex and anne talked me through the game. i couldn't actually play very well at all, but i did anyways because it was fun. i only played for ten minutes, before feeling the buzz and deciding to get up and dance in front of the projection. alex laughed, anne filmed me, and maddie asked me dumb questions, knowing i'd give dumb, drunk answers. i liked entertaining people even if i had to do dumb shit to do so. probably not the best decision, but i'm not exactly known for my good decisions.
