Niall's Pov
"Do you know what tomorrow is?" I asked Noel, who was flipped upside-down on my couch while we mindlessly watched television, sometimes her sharing experiences about meeting the actors at different events.
"The 25th?"
"Its been a month since the day you caught me staring at you." I admitted with a blush.
"Aweee yeah you were such a creeper...I cant believe you remembered." She giggled before taking my hand in hers while still remaining upside down.
I couldn't get enough of her.
After that day in the café I knew so much about her and she truly was fascinating.
I wasn't in awe at her status but at how her life had been, how she struggled to see just how amazing and beautiful she was.
We talked for hours, exchanging heart shatter stories and good-natured laughs.
I even allowed her a look into my notebooks and journals, which was something no one, not even Zayn, was permitted to do.
When she confessed she trusted me, and she didn't care about the ridicule anymore and refusing to be ashamed of her past, my heart soared, because we both knew her past made her who she was today.
Nevertheless, I promised not to write about her.
I was the only one that knew what she thought or felt during different aspects of her life, and that felt special, I felt a sense of security, trust. And if she was willing to trust me with that, than I was willing to spend the rest of my life reassuring her that her trust was safe with me.That she was safe to be her real self with me.
She was safe in my rented house, upside down, giggling happily at my own awkward expense.
She was safe in my heart.
