When I woke up I felt dirty and grimy, so I went to the bathroom and used the hotel soaps. When I got out, I sighed knowing I couldn't avoid the problem all day, but that I would try. I went down to the front counter and checked out. Once I was out I went to my bike and went to the closest bank to get some money out. I then rode down to another hotel with 1,500 dollars in hand I go to the front desk ask for a room for 3 days. They open a room for me and I go to it. Once I was settled in I open my computer and look at KIK. I see that I have multiple messages from Evan.

Evan: Where are you? Everyone is freaked out.

Evan: Elliott said you got your motorcycle!!

Evan: Be safe at least

Evan: Taylor said that he would leave the house for a while until you got comfortable.

I shut KIK and opened apple messages. I see that Sebastian has sent me a message and a small smile come on my face.

Sebastian: Where the hell are you? Tell me where you are!!

Ash: I'm safe, you don't need to worry, okay.

I send this message and only a few seconds later I get a reply.

Sebastian: I heard you have a motorcycle, what hotel are you at?

Ash: I'm at the Wilton hotel in Azure, but you can't tell anyone, at least not yet.

Sebastian: Okay I won't tell anyone, but I'm coming. I'll be there in 3 hours.

I sighed and closed the computer deciding to get more sleep.

The next time I wake I see that I've slept the morning away and that it's 1:00. I roll over on the bed snuggling back into the bad, but I hear the hotel landline ring so I pick it up.

"Hello, this is Ash," I say.

"Sir, there is a Sebastian wishing to come to your room," the voice on the other line said.

"Yeah let him come up and if you could give him a key that would be great," I said

"Yes sir," the voice replied, hanging up.

I sighed getting up and straightening the bed and the flopping back onto it waiting for Sebastian to enter. I heard footsteps down the hall and then a click and the door opening. I sighed sitting up and facing him, but I was met with Tayor instead. I hastily stood up and studied his face, which wasn't in good condition, he had a black eye, and his cheek was swollen. I started packing up and headed for the door but was stopped by Taylor.

"Let me get past," I growled out to him.

"No not until we talk," he replied.

"Ugh fine," I hissed back, turning around sharply.

I went to the bed ruffly putting my things down and turned to him crossing my arms.

"Ash, you have to remember I was young, I didn't know what to do I did keep in contact with your mother for a year, but she acted like she was fine and that was when I met Jake, we didn't want to interfere in your life and she was doing fine so I assume you were okay. I know it was wrong of me, but I didn't know any better. I would love to get to know you and hopefully earn back the title of dad, but I know it's too soon for that," He said with sincerity. I rolled my eyes and huffed at the last part.

"Yeah whatever, it doesn't change that I was getting beaten up and raped by the people I was abandoned too, while you were out there trying to start your own new family," I said anger evident in my voice.

"I know it doen't, but I am so sorry and I want to try, if you'll let me," he said sadly without real hope.

"Fine, I'll live with you without arguing, but you're not my dad, and I still get to use my motorcycle to visit November any time I want to," I said because I knew if I didn't we would have a court battle, but I also knew that deep down I wanted things to get better. I wanted things to change, I wanted a father, but I had been hurt so many times I also didn't want to put myself out there to get hurt again.

"Thank you so much," he said a new form of hope in his voice.

"I am not doing this for you I am doing this, because I don't want to have to go to court," I said with a growl.

"Okay, okay, but anyway thanks, I won't disappoint," He said, but I could help thinking he was just like the others.

"Okay well I have this room for a few more days, but I'll let my friend Elliott have it, let me call him," I said while starting to dial his number. Taylor nodded and sat down at the desk in the room where my computer was open. I walked over and shut the computer putting it in my backpack while waiting for Elliot to pick up.

"What do you need? " Elliott asked annoyance clear in his voice.

"Well, I was wanting to know if you wanted my hotel room, I have it for three more days, and I am not going to use it," I said chuckling because I knew I had interrupted some personal time with his boyfriend max.

"Yeah I would love to," He responded the annoyance gone. He and his boyfriend Max lived in Max's parent's house and didn't often have the chance to get in on.

"Okay well I am at the Westin hotel, I'll tell the front desk your coming, the room number is 73," I said.

"Okay, thanks man, it means a lot, I'll tell Max," he said true sincerity in his voice.

"Yeah," I said and then hung up and looked to Taylor to see him staring. I rolled my eyes and started to pack everything and then I went out the door with Taylor following me. When I got to the front desk I explained everything and they said that that would be fine they just would have to call me to verify when they came, but I was fine with that so with that. I went over to my bike with Taylor still following me, once I swung my leg on and put on my helmet, Taylor cleared his throat.

"Yeah, so you'll follow me home?" He asked with uncertainty. I nodded and revved the engine. He walked away getting into his truck. Once in the truck, he drove off this time with me following.

On the way after we got about 3 hours into the drive, Taylor pulled into a diner and I followed in. We both went in and sat at one of the tables. The waitress came over and took our drink order, and then left us to decide what we wanted. I looked down at the menu and finally, after browsing it a few times I decided on a bacon cheeseburger. I put my menu down and looked to Taylor who was still looking at the menu. I studied his face and looked at his features and notices some similarities like that we both had strong jaw lines and piercing blue eyes. We also both had fine black hair and lean bodies. I, of course, was much skinnier than Taylor due to my small stomach, but we both had the same body shape. My mom always said she hated me because I reminded her of my father. Now that I was looking at him I could see the resemblance. I had always cursed my biological father and hated how I looked because she had hated me for looking like him.

The waitress finally come over and asked for our order and Tayor ordered chicken strips, when she came to me I told her I wanted a bacon cheeseburger. She then set down our drinks after quickly retrieving them and went to the back saying that she would get our orders and they would be ready in 15-20 minutes.

"So...what do you like doing?" Taylor asked nervously.

"I don't know much I played football and play guitar, but that about it," I replied.

"What do you want to do when you grow up," he asked next.

"I don't know I haven't thought much about my future I know I want to get to college, but I'll wait a year or two to save up some money, but I don't know what I want to major in. Maybe English lit or some kind of phycology," I said. I could see him wince at the part where I would have to save up money for college, but it serves him right because I've always had to support myself.

"What happened with your mom?" he asked, but I knew I couldn't answer. It hurt too much, I couldn't say that my mom blamed me for everything, because I blamed me for everything. I couldn't admit that I was the reason she went off the rails. I looked down and silently sat theirs. The food soon came and we silently ate.

"I'm sorry for asking that, that was inappropriate of me," Taylor said regret in his voice. I curtly nodded and continued to eat until I was done. We both got up and went to our vehicles. The silence was good, I could handle that. I couldn't handle the wispers, voices and accusations.
