Alex's POV

I had been getting non-stop emails from a certain Mr. Hamilton in a certain Business class. It started out pretty fine as if we were teacher and student then it started getting worse. As in, threats worse. Thomas had also stopped taking that class after what he had witnessed before at the hospital. I didn't tell him about the emails though. I didn't want him to worry. Or anyone for that matter.

Thomas and me were doing good in class and everyone else was doing good I would think too. I found out that John had a crush on James Madison and I ship it. Ash was doing exceptionally well. She was working hard to keep this school and do good on her grades. Though having parents genes didn't help and most of it didn't go through her head right away. She just needed the right way of being taught.

Lafayette helped her in cooking.
Hercules made her outfits for school (The school used to have uniforms and then Mrs. Paul became teacher and stopped that rule so kids could wear their own clothes) and woodworking
I helped her in business and writing stuff.
Peggy helped in math, tech and drama.
Eliza helped in band (Ash wanted to take piano and Eliza knows piano) and French
Thomas helped in science and P.E.
Angelica helps with art.
John helps with geography.
And Laf and I fight about who's gonna teach her history along with Eliza and me fighting over who was gonna teach her French. But Eliza ended up winning. She didn't fight me, but Angelica did. So, do I need to explain further?

I sighed, getting another notification on my laptop. It was another email. I clicked on it. I never answered them, but I did read them.

To: My Dearest, Alexander Hamilton

Alexander. I've had enough. You better answer my emails and come to class or else.

From: James Hamilton

I glared at the message, sighing and deciding to just close my laptop. It would just get worse if I answered him.

I walked out of the room and to the kitchen. I found Thomas cooking something, I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around him, leaning my head on his back. From the corner of my eye I swear I could see him look back at me and smirk a bit.

"Food is almost done." Thomas said.

"What food time is it?" I asked tiredly.

"Dinner you silly goose!" He laughed.

I closed my eyes smiling still leaning on him.

"Wait." I opened my eyes and looked at him with a confused look. "Where's Ash? Did she get home yet?" I asked, a bit panicked.

"She's not back yet. I'm sure she's fine though. She probably made some friends and is hanging out with them." Thomas suggested.

(Hah! On the first week of high school in the middle of the year? No way! You're cute tho Thomas.)

"She would have told us! Or she would have been back by now!" I argued.

(Hah, again, no. That's sweet Alex. But I wouldn't have asked.)

I was panicked, I didn't want that to be my dad's revenge.

"Alex, I'm sure she's fine!" Thomas reassured.

"B-but-" I cut myself off when I heard the door slam open and Ash stumbled in frantically.

"ASH! WHERE WERE YOU WE- I WAS WORRIED SICK!" I yelled, scolding her. She flinched a bit but shook (ShOoCkEtH) it off.
