Chapter 13

Jimin suddenly regretted sharing a room with Jungkook.

Jimin was really afraid of showers in hotels.

Everytime he was in hotel rooms, he would ask Taehyung to sing a song for him outside of the shower room, or well, his brother.

Jimin was terrified to ask Jungkook for such an embarrassing favor.

He was afraid to trouble Jungkook.

   "min, you wanna shower first? I'll go after you." Jungkook said.

   Jimin nodded hesitantly.

   At last, Jimin decided to swallow down his favor and headed to the shower room.

     It was around 9 pm at that time, so it was awfully quiet.

    Jungkook was in the hotel room, browsing through his phone quietly, while Jimin was taking a shower, afraid.

   All he could hear was the sound of water dripping down, all he could hear was his own breath.

    His heart was pounding, he was shivering.

    It was all because his brother pretended to be a ghost and scared him in the shower of a hotel room during a family vacation back when he was 8 years old.

    He locked Jimin in the shower room, while still in the ghost costume. He held up a butter knife and threatened to hurt him. Jimin was so frightened back then that he fainted. But in reality, Jimin's brother had no intentions of actually hurting Jimin. Jimin's brother was 11 back when the incident happened, he was a childish and immature kid that thought scaring his younger brother was a great idea.

    It scared Jimin, and it still did even after so many years, even though he found out that it was his brother afterwards. Hence, whenever they went on family trips, Jimin's brother will feel so guilty that he willingly volunteers to sing songs while Jimin is in the shower.

 
   Suddenly, there was a loud sound.

   The tray of toiletries dropped to the ground.

    Jimin was unaware of the source of the sound, so he yelled, and crouched down in fear, still letting water run down his body.

   He cursed, and his heart was palpitating.

   It was of desperate measures, that he decided to ask for comfort.

   "J-Jungkook!"

   Those words and screams reached Jungkook's ear and he immediately bolted into the bathroom, opening the shower door.

   Only to find Jimin naked, shaking terribly in fear.

     Jungkook wasn't afraid of being soaked by the water, still full clothed, he stepped into the shower and crouched down, holding Jimin in his arms tightly. Jimin's milky skin felt smooth and soft under his touch.

   Jimin leaned against his chest, and Jungkook felt him tremble so badly.

   "J-Jungkook.." he mumbled.

   "It's okay min, it's okay, I'm here now." Jungkook didn't attempt to ask about the situation, he just wanted to make Jimin feel safe.

   "I-I'm sorry, this is so embarrassing.." Jimin stuttered and Jungkook drew circles on his back with his hand.

    "It's okay, you're okay"

     After few minutes, Jimin's heart rate went back to normal. He stood back up with Jungkook's help, still naked.
