Ice T was my partner on the force, and a very good friend. Im not gay, but if I was, I would put a ring on Ice's finger so fast he'd barely have time to say 'I do.' But that's besides the point. "Hey Icey boo," that was my nickname for him, he loved it. I knew he loved it by the way he pretended to hate it. "Hey Blart" he sighed. I loved when he played hard to get. Then I remembered my conversation with Linda, "Ice, what's all this talk about a murder?" I could feel my heartbeat rise again. "Well," Ice responded, "apparently this girl, uh-" he shuffled some papers until he found the one he was looking for, "Kendall Jenner, was found dead this morning around 3 am. She was found in one dedication's hotel room and the boys had some pretty absurd explanations."
"One direction"
"What?"
"Oh, um I think they're name is one direction, at least that's what Linda said." Shit, I almost blew my cover. I needed to be more careful.
"Well in any case we've got all of them in interrogation rooms along with the witness and the hotel clerk. We're still waiting on the autopsy results from the ME."
"I guess we better get started"
