Chapter 3

Libby's POV.

2 years later.

"Do it again!" I shouted and stood back and watched Robert as he got knocked on his ass by Cooper. I sighed. "Robert move and watch." I told him annoyed. He moved out the way and I made my way onto the mat, shifted into my wolf and started fighting Cooper. I jumped at him and we fought. When I got Cooper on his ass I changed back to human form and so did Cooper.

"You know I will beat you one of these days." Cooper said to me smiling.

"No you won't Coop and we all know it." I replied back to him smiling.

"I'm hurt Libby," he faked hurt and put his hand over his heart. "Well you were taught by the best," he told me pointing to himself smirking.

"I was wasn't I? I mean Chad really is the best isn't he." I said to him and he gasped and I couldn't help but laugh.

"You're really mean Libbs," then he ran back into the pack house fake crying. But then he came back and stood near the back door.

"You alright to take over? I have a date with Jessica," and with that he ran back into the pack house. Jessica was Cooper's mate and a very close friend of mine. Cooper was my best friend; he helped train me along with the Alpha of the Shadow Fire Pack Chad. The night they found me I explained to them what I had been through and why I ran away and Chad let me become a part of his pack. I used to be the weakest wolf in my pack, my wolf was tiny and now I'm one of the strongest in my pack, all thanks to Cooper and Chad. I would do anything for them two, they changed my life.

I walked onto the mat and stood in front of Robert.

"Well Robert it looks like you will have to work extra hard now." I smiled at him, he gulped and smiled back. I shifted into my wolf, my wolf is rather bigger then an average female wolf, is a lot stronger and faster and is white.

I started circling Robert and everyone was just watching. Robert turned into his wolf, his wolf wasn't that big but it wasn't small either, and it was a brown colour. I leaped at his wolf bringing him down to the floor with me on top of him snapping at him until he threw me off him and jumped at me. I moved out of the way and grabbed him by the neck and threw him hard against the side of the pack house. I shifted back to human form and walked up to him.

"You're doing better Robert we will carry on tomorrow." I told him then walked back to everyone else. "Ok everyone down to the track and start doing laps." I called to all of them.

"Oh but do we have to," one of them I think his name was Jamie said to me and they all agreed.

"Get to the field NOW! I suggest you go do laps or you take on me and you have just put me in a bad mood so I really do suggest that you go do laps. If you want to take on me then stay, now GO!" I roared at them, and looks of horror came across all their faces until they ran to the track. "Yeah that's what I thought," I muttered to myself. I heard laughter behind me and when I turned around Chad our Alpha was standing there.

"They really are scared of you, I find it quite funny but then again you do look scary to me with that face," he laughed jokingly at me.

"Well they're more scared of you then they are of me, and what's wrong with my face?" I squeaked at him then started touching my face.

"They are only scared of me when I get angry and demanding and there's nothing wrong with your face its perfect." Chad smiled at me, and I smiled back.

Chad's mate died not long after he met her at the age of 16. It's only Alphas that meet their mates at 16 because they need their Alpha female, their Luna. Every other male wolf meets their mate at any other age after 17.

"Thanks Chad." I smiled at him then gave him a hug.

"Rough day?" he asked me. I just nodded. "Well do you feel like going for a run? I could use one," he asked me pulling away and looking down at me. I nodded then shifting into my wolf, when we shift we don't lose our clothes like it's said in some books.

Chad turned into his big brown wolf then I took off running with Chad running behind. Chad caught up to me and started running along side me. We kept on running until we reached a lake. We stopped and I shifted back into human form and so did Chad. We just stood there in silence looking out on the lake until Chad broke the silence.

"There have been attacks," he told me.

"What? Where?" I asked panicked

"A few packs down south have been attacked and most have been killed, the attackers are working their way up," he told me.

"So what are we going to do about it?" I asked.

"One pack has asked if we go down and train them then when they get attacked help fight. It's been predicted that they will be attacked next and most of them don't know how to fight properly and some of them don't know how to fight at all," he told me looking at me.

"Ok and who's going down there?" I asked him but I already knew some who would go down there wherever it was.

Me, you, Cooper, Jake, Isabella, Katie, Liam, Edward, Joe, David, Katherine and Greg," he told me in a serious tone.

"Ok and what pack needs our help?" I asked curiously. He looked at me with sad eyes?

"Libby it's the Shattered Moon Pack."
