Scenario one: oc was wandering through the forest, looking for their favorite clearing with the broken fountain in it when they stumbled across a derpy looking skeleton waddling around in an undone straight jacket. Extremely intrigued, they walk up to him.
Scenario two: oc was a worker at the Anvertt Asylum. Their job was as a therapist, trying to help patients by letting them let their feelings out. Asy was her favorite patient, and he was a joy to be around. So they actually let themselve inside the room to interrogate him.
