I was sitting on the couch alone again. My husband Gray is always at work and never spends time with me, it makes me sad.
'Maybe he's just really busy at work but it's been like that for a while ever since he got his new job like a month ago, always got up early and come home late, I never really see him anymore. Or Maybe he doesn't love me anymore or maybe he's cheating on me' I couldn't stand to think of the though so I just went to bed. I laid there and cried and cried and cried and cried until I fell asleep.

•Gray•
I arrived home late again this new job I've had for about a month is really tiring  and I have been able to spend any time with my wife, I used to spent everyone with her but now I only see her when she's asleep and it pains me to not be around her all the time. I walked to our bedroom and quietly opened and closed the door.

I walked up to her, her pillow was wet and so was her face she was crying in her sleep. My heart broke into pieces. ' I made her cry, for the first time ever I'm the one who made her cry' now I feel like a dick for spenting all my time at work and none of it with my wife. She probably thinks I'm cheating on her but I'm not I would never do that to her.

I lay down next to her and wrapped my arms around her tightly and whispered in her ear "I'm sorry I'm never around anymore but I'll make it up to you I promise" she stop crying. It felt like hours I spent doubting taking this job but we needed money and it was our only option.  It took a while but after a long time I decided that tomorrow I would stay home and spent time with my wife. I smiled and fell asleep.

I woke up to the other side of her bed empty, it hurt I signed sadly and sat up when all of a sudden the bedroom door opens revealing gray holding a tray of food he looked at me and smiled. I looked at him surprised and confused. He walked up to me.
"Good morning my blue beauty" he grinned, I just looked at him with my head slightly tilted with a pink blush on my cheeks.
"Your cute when you blush, you hungry?" He asked
"W-what are you doing here? Aren't you meant to be at work?" I asked
"Yeah" he placed the tray down on the bedside table and sat next to me. "But I've spent so much time away from you and I feel guilty for hurting you" he had guilty in his eyes.
"Wait how do you know?" I asked. He looked down
"You were crying in your sleep" his voice was nearly inaudible but I heard him
"O-oh" I mumbled. It was quite for a few seconds but then I wanted to know the answer to the question lingering in my mind.
"Gray, are you cheating on me?" A tear ran down my face
"What hell no I'll never do that to you! Your too important to me to lose" he put his hands on my shoulders. I threw myself at him hugging him in a tight embrace.

My stomach growled
"Hungry?" He chuckled
"Starving" I giggled and pulled away to grab the food.
"I made your favourite, blueberry pancakes with a banana milkshake and strawberries dipped in chocolate" he chuckled as I looked at the food with heart eyes, my mouth was watering so much I starting eating right away. I ate all the food so fast that I didn't realise till gray took the trap from me.
"Man where it go?" He asked playfully
"In my belly" I said in a silly tone, gray just laughed at me. He took the tray away back to the kitchen. I had a shower, got dressed and went to the living room where Gray was lying on the couch with his eyes closed looking dead.

I giggled "Gray what on earth are you doing?" I asked him and he just bursted our laughing him ass off.
"I wanted to know what you would do if I died" he said once he stopped laughing and caught his breath. But he knew that I knew he was joking. I miss this, before Gray got his new job we were always together and we were like little kids it was fun.
"So Mrs Fullbuster what do you wanna do today?" He walked up to me putting his hands around my waist
"Well it is shopping day" I say
"Ahhh so you wanna go shopping do you?" He said
"Well Yeah I got to get groceries to feed us" I stated the obvious
"Ok let's go then" he said

We went grocery shopping and Gray bought a lot of 'secret' chocolate for me even though I could see him grabbing it and putting it in the trolley. We drove home listen to the radio, they played all the old songs and it bought back memories, from the song gray and I heard when we first met to the song that played when Gray and I made love for the first time.
We put the groceries away and sat on the couch.
"Wanna watch a movie?" He asked me
"Yes" I replied. We watched 'what to expect when your expecting' and it got my thinking and I realised I wanted to have kids. When the movie was over I decided to talk to gray.
"Gray?" I asked
"Yes darling?" Replied with a grin
"I want to have kids" I say
...
he didn't say anything he just started intensely at me, I felt scared of how he had reacted. Then all of a sudden he jumped on me pushing me down to the couch and he was on top of me.
"G-Gray w-what are you doing?" My eyes widen in shock from his answer
"Giving you what you want" he grinned

•Time skip 1 month•

Things are amazing! Gray made an agreement at work, he now works 4 days a week with less hours and he spends the last 3 with me. I go to his work to visit him and he isn't tried or sad anymore. Things wouldn't be better! Or well I do have to tell gray some very exciting news.
"Hey I'm home now where's my blue beauty?" He says as he walks through the door (I love when I calls me that). I ran at him and gripped him in a bear hug.
"There you are my sweet" He smiles hugging me back.
"Gray there's something I need to tell you" I say unlocking him from my grip
"What is it?" He asked looking into my eyes a bit worried
"I-I'm um I-I'm" I stuttered
"Yes?" He asked conceded
"I'm pregnant!" I yell with joy. A huge smiled speeds across his face
"YEEESSS IM GONNA BE A DAD!!" He screams picking me up and swinging me around in the air. He puts me down and hugs me.
