Chapter 1

"Bye mom" I got out of the car & walked over to my friends. "Sooooo beccyyy.." I say with a little smirk. " Kiks?" She replies with a little giggle, "How are things going with Nashhhh? " she immediately starts laughing & blushing & she was so overwhelmed. It was the cutest thing.

"Good I guess, he was so flirty with me yesterday. But I don't know whether I'm just over exaggerating & he's just playing with me & thinks I know he's joking or whether he really does like me.. I'm so confused. He keeps giving me mixed messages &.." She was cut off by the bell. "Saved by the bell" Nadine uttered with a laugh "haha very funny" Beccy laughed sarcastically

" I have science now!" Jordyns says not impressed . "Same." I reply. Beccy & Nadine make their way to their next class & Jordyn & I walk to science. " I need help." She mumbles nervously.

"Okay, with what?" I ask curiously.

" Shawn asked me to go out with him this Friday but you know.. Nadine likes him.. & I don't know what to tell him or her.. I'm scared Nadine will get mad.. & hate me." Her voice is shaking & her mood just dropped.

" OMG. Nadine is going to be crushed.. We'll continue after the lesson"

we sat down in our seats. I scanned the class looking for Jordyn & when I spotted her she was starring at the window with a very bleak expression. "Alright class take a seat." Mr Campbell instructed. Another boring lesson of accounting had past & Jordyn & I were on our way to the cafeteria.

" Maybe just talk to Shawn &" she cut me off " No I can't, I can't expose Nadine. That'll make everything worse." Her voice shaking. " Then don't. Just go talk to him & say you can't !" I tried to sound demanding " I.. I just don't want to ruin my friendship with him.. Or Nadine" Jordyn responds, she seems really panicky. I don't blame her either way she goes she will end up hurting one of them.

" Hey guys" Nadine interrupted, she was so bubbly & happy.. Now we have to tell her all this. Great. " hey... Umm.. Nadine..." Jordyn mumbles. " what, silly?" Nadine sounds curious & scared but tried to cover it up with a smile. " Shawn kinda sorta maybe asked me out" Jordyn said it so fast I could barely hear a word but Nadine caught everything & stormed off to the bathroom in streaming tears. I hate this.

Jordyn ran after her & I stayed put waiting for Beccy to come. I'm going to go talk to Shawn & I can't do that alone. Beccy makes her way through the cafeteria doors, she's so pretty. Her brunette hair with a purple tint flowing with the beat of her walk, she's wearing black & white patterned tights with white all stars & a black crop top & a denim jacket. I don't see why Nash wouldn't like her.

" Let's go." I grab her arm & storm towards Shawn who looks confused as ever. " So like what's the deal with you & Jordyn? " I ask with a bleak tone. He's smile dropped as soon as I asked. I don't know what that means to be honest. " What the hell? Nothing I just... Ohhhhhh.. She must've thought when I asked her to come Ice skating on Friday that I was asking her out.. No I was asking as friends & that like she can bring you guys.. I wanted to ask Nadine but I chickened out."

As soon as he said Nadine a smile lit his whole face. He likes her. " OH EM GEE. YOU LIKE NADINE!" Beccy screams excitedly, this girl has no quiet button. "Sshhhhh Rebecca." Shawn's mouth whispered. He was blushing so much. " well she likes you too so don't be a chicken &.." " BECCY!" I shout. Apparently she has no shush button either. " well we'll catch up with you later."

We sprint to the bathroom to see Nadine sitting on the floor, her eyes were so red. You could swear she was smoking pot or something. She really likes him.

" NADINE HE LIKES YOU OMG" Again Beccy screams. I don't think she understands the term "quiet".
" WHAT? But he asked out Jordyn remember?" Tears coming down her face. " He asked her out as friends hoping she'd bring "her friends" as in you. He said he was about to ask you out but he chickened out, He Likes You Nadine. " I spoke so fast from excitement.

" Sooo basically we're going ice skating on Friday!!" Jordyn says jumping up & down. " YAASSS" I said jumping with her. " & hopefully he brings Nash" Beccy's smile over took her words. Love is in the air. Except me & Jordyn. We don't have love lives. " & Maybeee other friends too." Jordyn winks & nudges me.
