I was asked how to pretty much be happy when your sad (depressed). I've been depressed before and it's never good. You need to think of things that make you happy, be with people who make you happy, and do things that make you happy. It's also good to talk to people about how you feel. Get your feelings off your chest. Keeping your feelings to yourself will only make you keep on being depressed. I hope you get better and find happiness☺️ - Eliza
