Chapter 9: Teamates

Emma's POV

Two days after what Tikki had said. She didn't mention anything about it again.

I looked at Elyn. We were heading towards Hannah and Alexander's house after school. We were behind them, and I was thinking about Tikki.

"Come on," Alex whined, "We have ton of homework to finish,"

Hannah was telling her jokes as we walked, so our walk was not really silent.

"Hannah, you know that Ms Bustier also taught our parents right?" Elyn said thoughtfully, tilting her head to the side.
"SERIOUSLY??" She shouts, with her eyes as big as saucers.

Laughing at Hannah's reaction, we ran towards her house.

"Hi Mom," Alex shouted towards the kitchen. His mother waved as we ran across the living room and into their room.

The went in and I followed but not before I saw something that made me freeze. Elyn, who was following behind, bumped into me.

"Emma? What's wron-"

Elyn froze as soon as she looked at the same direction.

Alex came over and looked in the same direction. "What's wrong?"

There, on their desk respectively, was the same box that changed my life.

"Guys get those boxes and sit down." Elyn took charge, seeing me frozen.

They looked at me and her warily but still, listened.

I looked at Elyn and she sighed.

"Plagg, Tikki, come out." I said, all the while looking at Elyn.

I opened my purse as Plagg flew out from Elyn's pocket.

Hannah looked shocked and frightened. "Wh-what is that?"

Tikki looked at me and nodded and Elyn looked at the floor. "It was only fair that you knew the identities of your partners since we know now. Open the boxes." I blurted out.

Hannah and Alex looked at each other and carefully opened their boxes.

Just like us, a ball of glitter shot out from each of their boxes. Hannah's box had an orange ball while Alex's had a green ball. When it cleared, Hannah's revealed a fox-like kwami, and Alex's revealed a turtle-like kwami. Both kwamis looked up and started saying something, before noticing everyone else.

Tikki: TRIXX!WAYZZ!

All four kwamis flew into a pile in the middle of the room. Trixx seemed to be the fox, and Wayzz seemed to be the turtle.

We watched the little kwami reunion and a smile crept onto Elyn's face.

Alex looked at them, then us. "Anyone going to explain?"

I shot Elyn a look.

"How about showing you instead?" I asked with a smile.

I smirked as both Hannah and Alex looked dumbfounded. Tikki and Plagg floated up to us and smiled.

"Plagg! Claws out!" "Tikki, Spots on!"

As the light cleared, we saw the shocked faces staring at us. We quickly detransformed and sat down.

"Sooooo...... You are our new partners......... And if my facts are not wrong, that necklace was Rena Rogue's miraculous, and the bracelet was Carpace's." I fired off a string of words into their shocked faces.

I tried not to laugh at their faces.

"You cannot tell anyone, and make sure no one sees you transforming or detransforming. Also please come up with better names." Elyn continued on.

"Hannah, to transform you just say 'let's pounce'. Your weapon is a flute, and you can create illusions, but you will only have 5 minutes before transforming back after creating an illusion." Trixx stated.

Wayzz turned to Alex and sighed. "Alex you say 'Shell on' to transform. You can create shields and your weapon is a shell of you back. Detachable shell, I mean."

As they tried their best to understand what just happened, a loud scream was heard from outside.

Me and Elyn jumped up almost instantly. Smirking I turned to face Hannah and Alex.

"Ready for your first mission?" I held out a hand, helping them off the ground.

They stood up, and as a group we transformed into our alter egos.

"And I beg you, please come up with a good superhero name, I'm already sick of HawkMoth's names for his Villains." Elyn pleaded desperately.

Laughing, we jumped out of the window and began our first mission as a group...

Alya's POV

I was walking to my studio as usual. If you didn't know, I work for myself, crating website and templates for people now. Except that now I'm managing two websites. I also stared a little gaming channel on YouTube, and because I am an amateur, I end up with lots of funny situations and that's what draws people to my channel. I'm currently looking for an assistant for the Ladyblog, but I didn't publisize it.

I heard screams and instinctly pulled out my phone. I turned towards the roofs and could see Ladybug and Chat running across. Behind them, trying their best, were two other heroes, probably new to the group. Obviously they had the fox miraculous and the turtle miraculous. I'm glad to see that Trixx had a new someone to love her.

"Alya here, and apparently, we have new heroes! I will be staying here for awhile, and soon we will hopefully know their names!" I excitedly said into the camera, and uploaded the video onto the Ladyblog.

Whoever you are, take care of Trixx for me.

Alex's POV

As I ran across the roofs of Paris, I started thinking about being a super hero. I never imagined this would happen.

(I just added his pov cause I felt that he wasn't really getting attention 😏)

Nino's POV

I knocked on Hannah and Alex's room. Receiving no reply, I went in only to find that they had all disappeared...........

Strange..............
