After getting yanked out of the transport van, I get taken into the Beacon Hills police station. It seems like a small town, that doesn't run into much trouble, but then again first impressions aren't everything.
Finally, along with everyone else from the van, I get seated on a bench in front of the other officers' desks, cuffed to the seat in the middle of two huge men. I guess now is the waiting game. I spot my bag at the other side of the room, and start thinking of a plan. As I take in everything in the station, I spot who looks to be the sheriff fighting with... A skinny boy with a buzz cut... I don't even want to know. Next I survey the officers around us, all sitting at their desks, and an idea forms in my head. After pulling a bobby pin from my long ponytail, I start to pick the handcuffs that attaches my left hand to the bench. After multiple failed attempts, because I'm not some criminal master mind, I unlock it, slowly pushing the pin back into my hair.
I stand when none of the officers are watching, and start making way for my bag. I grab a big zip up hoodie from the back of an officers chair to hide my outfit, even though being barefoot isn't helping my situation. Next I grab a "BHPD" hat, and throw it on, even though I'm cringing at every thought of wearing it. Now, to grab my duffle, I slyly pick it up and throw it over my shoulder, making my way for the back exit.

Unknown POV
"Dad.." I say, trying to interrupt his rant about.. Well actually, I forget why he was mad at me. "DAD" I raise my voice, trying to get his attention. Behind him looking through his office window, I spot a girl, doing what I'm assuming is trying to escape, after watching her throw on a baseball cap and someone else's jacket I finally choose to get my dad's attention a different way.
"Are you even listening to what I am saying to you Stiles? I wa-"
"DAD. ESCAPEE. BEHIND YOU. I swear it's like fricken amateur hour here.." I mutter after catching half of Beacon Hills' PD force's attention. Finally I point to the girl that is making her way to the back door, but nobody has the chance to do anything as Haigh simply steps in front of her with his tase gun, and well.. Shoots her.—————————————————————
Back to OC POV
"Ugh, not again" I mutter, just as the officer in front of me pulls the trigger on the taser. I immediately fall onto my back, the cap on my head falling off, as I shutter from the electricity going through my body. After what feels like hours, but what most likely was seconds of having the currents going through me, it finally stops. I reach my hand to the wire connecting the gun to my body, wrapping my hand around it with the intent to pull the prongs off my body, when all of a sudden another jolt, a longer one at that, goes through my chest, and now also my right hand. As I'm clenching my teeth together in pain I hear words that bring me instant relief.
"That's enough Haigh, let her go," I turn my head, and see the sheriff, as well as the buzz cut boy from the office, and immediately put together that they're somehow related. Damn, I thought I'd be able to make a delinquent friend..—————————————————————
After getting my finger prints taken by a very attractive deputy Parrish, who had instantly shut down my attempts to flirt with him (even though I got him to crack a few smiles) I finally get taken to the sheriff's office.
After sitting in silence, simply staring at Sheriff Stilinski and his, who I suppose is his son, he finally begin's to speak, "So, can we get your name?" I continue to sit in silence, hoping that if I don't move or speak, I might just disappear before their eyes. The two in front of me glance at each other, before the sheriff continues, "Look, if I don't get your name, I'm going to have to book you either way, and where you'll get sent isn't a good place. Now I'm assuming you aren't speaking since you're a minor, and don't want to get in trouble, but I can assure you that at this point, giving me answers is your best option."I deliberate silently for a moment, although it is a harsh reality what he said, the man looks kind enough to talk to, and seems to be truthful about what he is saying. I finally say, "Corinne Day," surprised that I finally spoke, Stilinski starts typing on his computer, what I'm guessing is my information to find out what to do with me.
"Alright, this is good, so how old are you?"
"Sixteen" I answer quickly. After waiting for him to eventually see my records from his computer, I see his eyes widen, but quickly goes back to a poker face.Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've been arrested, mostly because when I was younger and still figuring out how to live on my own, I got caught up multiple times, whether it was my first time attempting to pick pocket, or when I was squatting in a few abandoned buildings.
"So, I see your social worker had reported you missing... almost three years ago, where have you been living since you left your foster home?"
I quickly change the subject, "What's he doing here?" I question, nodding my head towards the kid with the buzz cut. The kid quickly looks towards his, I am assuming dad, mouth open sputtering for some type of excuse. I don't see why he doesn't have anything better to do on a Friday night, but I'm not complaining since it took the attention off of me.
"Yes Stiles, I was actually wondering the same thing, what are you still doing here?" the sheriff asks. Stiles starts rambling, too fast for me to even comprehend, until the sheriff cuts him off "-Scott's busy, isn't he?"
"psh, Dad, no okay, can't I just want to spend time with you? Ya know, like some father son bonding ti-" Stilinski cuts off his son, with just one look from him, Stiles changes his answer "-Yea, yea.. Scott's busy,". After the two going back and forth, and with Stiles making occasional rapid hand movements, they finally come to an agreement with his kid sitting down in his office, off to the side. After looking back and forth in between them a few times, I finally set my eyes on the sheriff, waiting to hear what is going to happen to me after tonight.
Finally, the sheriff speaks, "Well, I'll give you two options, and based off your past record, I would advise that you choose the second option," he pauses, looking at me, then continues. "First choice, is going to a juvenile detention center, and being released at age eighteen, with the requirement that you'll be on probation for three years upon your release. With that, you'll have multiple misdemeanors on your record as well. The second option, is that you will be set into foster care here in Beacon Hills, you will be required to go back to school, as well as graduate. As long as you do that, when you're eighteen you're done, as well as having a clean record, you'll be able to do whatever you want, move out of town, go to school, get a good job. It's up to you."
I think for a moment, until an idea comes to mind, "If I agree to stay here and go to school, can you do me a favor?"
"Is it legal for me to do you this favor?" he asks. I smirk as I realize that I'll be able to get my bike sooner than expected.—————————————————————
