I didn't hesitate to leave the compound with no ones knowledge that I had left but I knew something was terribly wrong.

The door to the farm house was open but I stayed alert. Everything kinda looked the same but it seemed like there had been a struggle I couldn't tell that well due to the light outside that was diming.

I walked around slowly practically holding my breath before hearing soft sobs from upstairs.

Naturally I ran up there only to to see Clint huddled on the ground at the end of the hall sobbing.

I gently sat myself down next to him and placed my hand on his shoulder.

His dark blue eyes looked up at me. His face was soaked in tears and his eyes where red. Nothing was said but just put himself in my arms.

I was shocked for a moment but relaxed enough so that Barton wouldn't pull away.

I held him as he continued to cry, I was completely relaxed. No words had to be said. I knew that right now he needed someone. I felt a slight well more then slight lightness in my chest as he became closer. Finding comfort in me.
