She groaned, blood oozing slowly out of her arm. Her vision was blurry, and she felt she heard unfamiliar voices. The scent of ThunderClan was filling her nose, making her cough a bit. Was she in their camp, or ShadowClan's?

"Pidgeonpaw, hand me some goldenrod and cobwebs. I need to finish this remedy before she loses too much blood...," a skinny sphynx ordered her apprentice.

A mottled grey tom, Pidgeonpaw, nodded, his eyes flicking from one herb to the other. "Isn't this it, Eucalyptus?" he asked the older she-cat as he pointed to an herb.

"No, Pidgeonpaw, that's tansy! Look next to it, and be quick," she snapped. Eucalyptus was always nice, but when things were urgent, it had to be dealt with quickly.

Pidgeonpaw nodded quickly, handing over a clump of herbs and sticky cobwebs, in which most of the cobwebs stuck to his paw.

She looked over at Eucalyptus, feeling a paste being spread on her wound after it was cleansed with wet moss. "Hey... you're finally awake. You have quite the nasty gashes, Smallheart," Eucalyptus gently said as she applied the cobwebs over the paste.

"Wh-what happened...?" Smallheart groaned, feeling an immediate stinging from the paste. "We found you on the ShadowClan border. You were full of cuts and scrapes... do you remember anything?" the skinny sphynx explained, then asking.

It then clicked in the queen's mind: the last rogue. "Th-there was a rogue who had come up to me when I was hunting and they talked with me... I don't quite remember what we were talking about, but I peacefully told him that we needed him to get out of the territory...

"And then, he got angry and just said with rotten breath, 'I'm the last of the rogues, and I will always have my way!', or something cheesy like that... and now I'm here," she finished, taking a breath.

Eucalyptus nodded slowly, taking in all of the information as it was delivered at once. "Well, you're better now. We might have to research in about this 'last rogue' with the leader, for it might cause a problem. Then again, he is only one against four Clans. The problem will be dealt with immediately."

The she-cat then looked at her apprentice, "Pidgeonpaw, please deliver that message to Ebonyheart or Stormstar. I'll tend to Smallheart," she ordered.

Once the mottled grey tom left, she then looked over at her. "Do you know when your kits are due?" Eucalyptus started casually. She shook her head, then looked at her patched wound.

"How long am I staying here?" she asked the medicine cat. Eucalyptus blinked, then responded flatly, "Until your wound has healed. Otherwise, don't be surprised if you kit in the ThunderClan camp."

The queen groaned, obviously not too excited about kitting in a foreign Clan. "Okay... Eucalyptus, promise me you'll tell Blizzardstar I'm staying here? And...," she hesitated, "if you see my deceased mate, Elkpool, in one of your dreams, tell him I said that I miss him."

Eucalyptus nodded, then looked at her and blinked. Smallheart winced, feeling a sting from her belly, but regained her posture as she was laying down. "Thanks...," she finally finished politely, then getting some rest.
