Chapter 4: My Hero! Kacchan Is Kind

"Young Midoriya" All Might says while his face is showing extremely evident surprise. All Might had heard rumours that Deku had reverted back to his child years, but even so...admittedly All Might thought it was only a mental change, not something as drastic as this.

"Do you remember me?" All Might inquires nervously as Deku stands star struck, to him, this is his first meeting with All Might, meeting his hero!

Understanding that everything he had heard was true, All Might decided to act accordingly.

Whilst watching this whole scene unfold, Bakugo stood quietly in the doorway, his eyes closed and seemingly uninterested in the whole scenario that was currently playing out.

"I dropped him off, so I'm leaving" Bakugo says curtly as he turns his body in motion to begin leaving, his arm was caught however by Aizawa.

"Bakugo, wait here. Did you forget you are in charge of Midoriya." Aizawa asks whilst glaring

"Tch"

Bakugo shoved his back against the door frame and his eyebrows knitted into an intense frown, every few seconds you could hear Bakugo clicking his tongue and his incoherent angry mumblings.

The meeting soon ended, Aizawa finally gave Bakugo permission to leave, although he was in a foul mood.

"What do you think?" Aizawa says looking at All Might

All Might stays sitting with his hands together and his face showing his intense concentration.

"We have to change him back as soon as possible, they could be unforeseen consequences to this quirk, we should move quickly" All Might says while remaining concentrated and concerned

Bakugo walks at a quickened pace, leaving Deku a few paces behind him...Deku is fully aware of Bakugo's irritation, and he understands or expects it is his fault... Slowing his pace to a halt, Deku begins tearing up slightly.

"I'm sorry Kacchan..." Deku says softly, unsure whether or not his apology was heard

Bakugo turns his head to face Deku, stomping his way towards him. His face visibly enraged as he grinds his teeth "Damn right you shitty nerd!!" Bakugo shouts as he continues his approach.

"You've been nothing but trouble since---" his angry ramblings stop... as he looks down at Deku's expression.

Deku hangs his head, trying his hardest not to cry and clutching the bottom of his uniform with shaking hands.

Bakugo inhales and exhales deeply, in an attempt to quell his rage, he sighs and lays his head on Deku's head. Roughly but in it's meaning gentle, Bakugo pats Deku's head to calm him.

"It's fine, only this time though" Bakugo replies, with a very uncommonly gentle tone.

Sensing his effort and appreciating the intention, Deku smiles

"Thank you Kacchan!" Deku says happily as he and Bakugo continue walking...

Unknown to them that Kirishima and Kaminari were around the corner watching this whole thing transpire; both being equally surprised that Bakugo had such a nice side to him....

Bakugo and Deku finally arrive at the dorms, they enter to see some of their classmates smiling and giggling.

"Welcome back, Bakugo-niisan" Kaminari says whilst trying to control his laughter

"Huhh!?" Bakugo scrunches his face in irritation when he hears what he is being called.

"Wow Bakugo, you're so nice~" Ashido says

Bakugo stands in confusion as to the situation, when it is finally explained by Asui.

"Kaminari and Kirishima told us about your 'good side' and how unbelievable it was that you had one" Asui says with her finger on her chin as she recalls the details.

Bakugo begins chuckling, emitting a frightening and sinister aura, his hands begin creating explosions as he begins a slow, menacing descent aimed at Kirishima and Kaminari who continue laughing in the corner.

As their eyes open, and they finally grasp the situation, they are already faced with a demon in front of them...

"KYAAAAAA"

"DIEEEEEEE!"

Their shouting rings out but are drowned out by the series of explosions.

Bakugo stands looking at the pile of roasted Kaminari and the semi roasted Kirishima on the floor, he is suddenly hit off balance by a strong hand giving him the 'back slap of approval'

He turns his head to see Iida, as Iida flashes a thumbs up. "Hearing that touching story, reminded me of my big brother" Iida continues whilst staring into blank space, supposedly having the flash back of pleasant memories.

Bakugo just walks away, leaving Deku to his classmates.

Deku stands and runs over to Uraraka "Onee-san!"

Uraraka blushes slightly when she hears that again and all the girls agree its extremely cute.

Deku begins telling Uraraka in extreme detail and excitement about his first time meeting All Might!

Todoroki walks over to check up on Deku and join the conversation, naturally Iida comes along.

They stand there as they listen to his passionate explanation; he also expresses his excitement and amazement for their quirks. He discusses how he read about his classmates quirks in his notebook.

"Midoriya, would you like to see our quirks?" Todoroki asks

"Yes please!!! Yes please!!" He replies excitedly

For Deku, knowing and seeing them are two different things and he will jump at the opportunity to see them in action.

"That's a good idea then we can show Deku-kun, since we didn't show him yesterday"

"Tomorrow, we have a free day! We can go to the park or training area" Iida expresses and informs everyone

"Sounds good, what about you Todoroki-kun"

"I agree."

"So we'll show you tomorrow Deku-kun"

Deku's eyes light up along with his huge grin, he jumps with joy and cannot wait for tomorrow.
