Deku-chan

Chapter 6 : Overall, a lot of -chan

After their victory cheer which lifted everyone's mood, they decided to head home to the dorms. Now realizing that the day is already almost over, Deku skipped along happily with Iida, Todoroki and Uraraka.

Soon, they arrive and walk in, announcing their return. Quickly they are greeted by Kirishima.

"Yo guys!!! Listen to this" He said hastily, cutting the greetings short

"So one of my old friends' say, that in his class he's got a guy who turns people into kids! And he was absent a couple days ago when Midoriya was hit by the quirk."

"I see! So we should go to this person and ask him to change Midoriya back!" Iida says, catching on quickly

"It could be a coincidence, but it's worth looking into" Todoroki states with his face downcast and locked in intense thought

"But, even if it's not him...he should know something about a similar quirk" Uraraka interjects

"I agree we should follow up with this" Todoroki continued.

Deku stands listening to the confusion, not closely following the context of the conversation. But one thing is for sure, he is interested by this persons' quirk and he will be bringing along his notebook, with a list of questions for this person. He'll pay him back with a thorough investigation he decides.

"Alright Kirishima, you'll have to lead the way tomorrow" Iida continues

"Sure thing!" He agrees, happy to help

Everyone has decided on a little group outing in which to hopefully get Deku changed back to normal, if not normal then at least know  how long it will take for the effects to wear off.

The night continued as it had usually been, everyone ate dinner. Chatted about their days and random topics, played a little with Deku before saying goodnight and everyone wandered off to go sleep, Deku made his way to his room, and feeling exhaustion from everything today, he climbed into bed. Tucking himself in, not very properly though... He held onto his All Might figure, and drifted off into a deep sleep.

Quietly, a familiar face snuck into the room.

Bakugo stood by the door as he checked on Deku, coming in silently as he pulled the blankets over Deku making sure he was warm and comfortable, he left the room. Making his way to his own room before sleeping.

The next day arrives quickly, a beautiful and warm morning. Deku's alarm begins ringing as he gets up. Putting on his uniform again, he was anxious about everything that could happen today, but also excited, making sure he takes his notebook, he waits for the knock of his friends.

Todoroki, Iida, Uraraka and Kirishima stand outside of his door, knocking before a little Deku comes running out.

"Good morning everyone!!" Deku says cheerfully.

Everyone greeted him back, almost by natural response, Deku grabbed onto Todoroki's hand as they began walking.

They were leaving the building when....

"Wait!"

"I said WAIT you deaf bastards!!" A huffing and puffing Bakugo came running out after them...

"Yo Bakugo, you joining us?" Kirishima asks, without skipping a beat.

"Yeah, I need to punch the guy who saddled me with that" Bakugo says as he points towards Deku

"Kacchan..." Deku says softly, feeling slightly hurt

"That was mean Bakugo-kun" Uraraka spoke up after seeing a slight droop in Deku's shoulders
