Riley and I walked to the park and ran to the swings. We laughed and played like we were 6 years old again.
We walked to see chris and his friends. He smiled and yelled "hart, come over here". I walked and smiled at him.
Riley just stood there not moving. He looked at her and I pulled her closer to me and whisper "he doesn't bite riles".
His friend looked at Riley and said "hey sexy". Riley gave me this look and I gave her a look.
She whispered she wants to go home. I said "ok in a sec"I smiled at Chris as he gave me some weed. "What's this " I ask him. He smiled and said "its weed, it makes you forgot about your problems".
I grabbed it and stared at riles. She looked scared. I then heard someone grab me and said "maya, what the heck, why do you have weed".
It was lucas. He looked out of breathe as He told chris let go of me. Chris smiled and then grabbed my waist as kissed my neck and said "what are you gonna do about it cowboy". The look in lucas eye were scaring me.
I wouldn't admit it out loud but I was scared. I was scared for Riley, I was scared for me and heck I was even scared for lucas.
I looked at lucas and said "look lucas, take Riley home and don't come back". His look changed from angry to worried. I gave him a smile and said "country boy, you don't have to worry about me, I will be fine".
He nodded and grabbed Riley hand and ran away. I turned to chris and he grabbed my hand and we walked throughout newyork City.
