i was just watching young and hungry on abcfamily when i got a call from a number. i said "hello' as the man on the other line said "are you riley matthews?".

i hestiated for a second then i finally spoke and said "yes, and who is speaking". "i am alex from new york emegercy room" he said. i gupled as i said "and why are you calling me?" i asked.

"you are listed as a contact for ms.mayahart" he said as i dropped my iphone as i heard her name. "ms.matthews" "ms,matthews" the guy on the other line kept repeting. i quickly picked up my phone and said "i am here, please continue talking"

he took a breathe and said "well, ms.hart has been short near her heart and she is bleeding and it wont stop and we tried to contact her mother but she is not answering her phone". i took a deep breathe as i said "i will right there".

i quickly grabbed my keys and dialed my parent number. my dad answered as i ran to the subway and said "dad, maya, shot, newyorkemergencyroom" i said as i took a breathe after every word i had spoke.

"we will, be there in a second" he said as the line with dead. i quickly texted lucas and farkle and we all met at the hospital.

i ran up to the lady and said "what room is mayahart in?". the lady gave me a look and said "room 213".

i quicly ran to the room with lucas and farkle not too far behind. i ran passed some other people and quickly ran into her room. i caught my breathe as i saw that there were tubes connecting to her and the heart beating thing was beaping.

i sat at the seat and justed stared that her body. the girl that i called my bestfriend was sitting in the bed fighting for her life and there is nothing i could do.

i started to cry and maya would probabaly say something like "kid, stop crying' and she would hug me. Maya heart motor started to beat as i got out of my seat and started to yell "NURSE, NURSE< HELP MY BESTFRIEND NEEDS SOMEONE TO HELP KNOW!!!!!".

A second later doctors and nurse were in her room and the one nurse told me to wait outside as i heard "she losing alot of blood, prepard room 412 KNOW" the doctor yelled as the nurse ran as maya was being halled away from her room.

lucas and farkle came in with my parents. i felt tears run down my face as i hugged my parents as i heard the words i didnt wanna here,

"Mayahart might not make it and if she doesnt then you need to fill out these forms" the doctor said as i read the paper. DEATH was printed in bigger letters.

i touched my hands together as lucas said "so is there a possibly that she might live"

he shook his head and said "there is a slight but i mean like a 3 percent change that she will make it". lucas eyes hit the ground as my parent grabbed my hand. i felt my whole world was crashing down on me as he contiuned talking

"she losing alot of blood", he said as i could take it anymore. i ran passed him a he yelled "no people in the room". i walked in ingoring him to see a lifeless maya hart.

she was pale as she was breathing with a machine. i touched her pams and said "please dont leave me". maya would probably laugh at me and tell me to calm down. "you told me you would never leave me and I DONT want you to". i yelled at her body as i could hear her chuckling that i was crying over.

"your suppose to be at my wedding and be my maid of honor and same goes for me, we are suppose to grow old and still be bestfriend". i touched her pams again and this is the time where she usually sqeaues my hand back but she didnt

The doctor touched my shoulder and said "you have to leave". i lefted the room and i saw mayahart for the last time.
