Monday. Kei was awaken by the alarm sound. Somehow she felt her eyes were heavy. Then she realized she was crying out loud yesterday. She didn't expect tremendous twist towards the end. She got so emotional and cry her lungs out. The ending was not that kind of unexpected, but still the twist is so hard even though it was a happy ending. Kei let out a sigh as she get up from her bed. She should do something with her puffy eyes.
Before she opened her bathroom, she could hear the sound of her neighbor's door opened and closed right after. Kei was not disturbed and continue what she were going to do.
Getting rid of puffy eyes was not easy, as Yooa could notice it right away after she looked up at Kei who just arrived at their classroom.
"Woaaah... what's wrong with your eyes?"
"Is it that noticeable?" Yooa made a sign with her thumb and index finger.
"A little bit." She said while squinting.
"How is that a little noticeable when you could spot it right away?" Kei muttered.
"Eyy... It was because I know the shape of your face too well, that I could tell any differences no matter how small it was. Don't worry, you're still the cutie pie" Yooa soothed her, and pull her to sit.
"So what's with this? Were you crying last night? Why?"
"Well... you know..." Kei seemed hesitant to speak up.
"Did someone hurt you?" Kei shook her head.
"You missed your parents?" The most appropriate reason, since she just moved out the night before. But Kei shook her head again. Even harder.
"Then why?" Kei just gave her an awkward smile. Something passed through Yooa's mind.
"You didn't say..." She did not continue her sentence.
"I was just being too emotional and relate to the story..." Kei haven't even finished her line yet but Yooa already burst into heavy laugh. Thankfully no one in their classroom right now seemed disturbed with her laugh.
"Aigoo our cutie pie. I thought you caught some problem there. How could you..." Yooa laughed again, and Kei immediately put her palm into Yooa's mouth to shut her when a group of boys could be seen entering their classroom. Yooa was still laughing in silent though. Kei could just ignored her laugh, even though she was pouting hard.
"It's okay. Don't worry. It makes you even cuter. Don't be sad, come on." Yooa pulled Kei to stand up, intended to go outside the classroom for a bit.
"Where are you going?" Kei let Yooa dragged her. It did not last long though. Only until the first step from their classroom's door. Kei stopped her.
"Let me get you some cold water." Yooa answered.
"Aren't you gonna prepare for your group's presentation? You are on today's first group..." Yooa's eyes rounded and a second after she hurriedly back to her seat, leaving Kei in front of the door.
"Move away. You're blocking the way." Kei jumped in surprise to the voice. It was Choi Sungyoon. He was talking with such a low voice that was capable to make Kei experiencing horror for a moment. She immediately stepped away from his way. As he left, Kei muttered.
"Didn't he know there's a phrase 'excuse me'? Ugh."Kei was so annoyed mostly with herself because Sungyoon scared her so easily. She returned to her seat while peeking a glance at Sungyoon. He was about to go out of class with his uniform. Kei did not realized he wasn't wearing it until now. That was because how scared she were.
Yooa was preoccupied with their presentation, she didn't even look up when Kei took her seat again. Kei ignored Yooa as she always been so serious about all of her presentation. Instead, she took out her mini mirror, once again checking her puffy eyes.
