The school day was drawing to a close and all baekhyun could think about was his nice warm bed. Finally the bell rang and all the kids around him ran toward the door as if there was someone crashing them with a knife. Baekhyun grabbed his bag and walked towards the main entrance to the school. As he was on the way to the bus stop someone ran next to him and put their arm around baekhyun's shoulders. He looked up to see chanyeol walked next o him still looking straight ahead.
"what are you doing?" baekhyun says while trying to free himself from chanyeol's grip but chanyeol just pulled him closer to his side.
"can't you see i'm spending time with my new friend." chanyeol said while looking down at baekhyun and smiling. as soon as chanyeol said that baekhyun frowned.
"but why would you want to be friends with me im-" baekhyun was interrupted by chanyeol putting his finger over baekhyun's lips forcing him to stop talking.
"can you just accept that we're friends now?" chanyeol said with his finger still over baekhyun's lips so all baekhyun could do was nod. They both get on the bus together and sit next to each other near the back, baekhyun next to the window and chanyeol next to him. The whole journey baekhyun just stared out the window admiring the beautiful views. Chanyeol spent the whole time mesmerised by baekhyun. He looked so innocent and cute, His eyes sparkled as he looked out and his lips slightly parted.
When they got to their stop they both stood up slightly scaring each other.
"Wait do live around here?" Baekhyun asked.
"Yeah" chanyeol said while stepping off the bus "what number do you live at?"
"72" baekhyun said slightly confused and shocked.
"Wait I'm 74" chanyeol said with a smile plastered on his face.
"Wait what?!" Baekhyun said in a louder and more excited tone "then why haven't I seen you at the bus stop before?"
"Because I only lived here during the summer holidays."
Baekhyun has a shocked expression on his face. It made sense now. That's why he'd never seen him before.
The two of them walk home together as they are neighbours. As they arrived at baekhyuns house baekhyun faced chanyeol and waved bye to him as he enters his house leaving chanyeol standing on the street with a smile plastered on his face.
"Hey Mum I'm home" baekhyun shouted as he took his shoes off.
"Hey sweetie. How was school" baekhyun Mum doesn't know that he spends all the day on his own because he knew that if she knew she'd be heart broken.
"It was good" he replied while heading up the stairs to his room. He threw himself on his head and turned his phone on. As he unlocked his phone he remembered what chanyeol gave him after form. He rummaged through his pocket trying to find the note and then sat up and wrote it into his phone and messaging the number

For some reason baekhyuns heart started to beat faster as he was messaging him.

Baekhyun smiled at his phone before turning it off and going down stairs to eat some food the he headed upstairs and went to bed.
========= A/N: two chapter in 1 day. Sorry the chapters are short. I'm trying to keep them to around 600 words each. Ik none of this makes sense but I'm trying xD I'll hopefully try and improve it as the story goes on so please stay tuned xx
