I didn't want to wake him. He looked so peaceful. I checked my watch and saw that we had 5 minutes until the bell will go and kids will infect the field like the plague.

"Hey baekie the bells gonna go we should head out now" I whispered loud enough to wake him up but not too loud that is would've startled him.

Baekhyun pov.

We chatted for a long time. For once I was actually participating in a conversation not just nodding. There was something about him that made me feel calm... safe.

I let out a big yawn as I arched my back.

"Is someone tired" he asked in a playful voice. All I done was nod my head and lean back into the back of the couch before I felt a large hand gently grab my waist pulling my closer to him. At first it i didn't know what was happening and then i just let it happen. I ended up falling asleep in chanyeols arms. By far the best sleep I've had in a long time. His arm around my waist made me feel safe, like nothing could hurt me. I didn't want this to end. I would be lying if I said that I didn't get butterfly when I was resting on chanyeol. But hes just being a good friend and making me feel safe. There's nothing more to it. As well were both straight.

I heard a soothing voice talking to me. I couldn't make out what it was saying I just slowly opened my eyes seeing chanyeol still holding onto me, moving stray strands of hair away from my face. His smile. Jjfkdldlsps it made my heart melt. It's one of those smiles that instantly lifts your mood, clears your skin and gives you good grandes.

I stood up and done a big stretch making a little puppy noise without realising.

"Awh you're just like a puppy." Chanyeol said with a little laugh as he stood up picking up his own bag and my books from before. We both walked out of the secret 'den' area and walked inside the school and headed to my locker to put my books back before the bell went releasing kids from their lessons.

"Hey I'm going to play football with sehun and jongin do you wanna join?" Chanyeol asked with puppy dog eyes.

"I can't play tho" I said looking down slightly embarrassed.

"Its ok I'll teach you" chanyeol said with that smile.

"O-okay" I stuttered. Chanyeol heads out to the field and I follow behind him like a duckling with its mother. When we got there chanyeol introduced me to his friends. They were the most popular people in the school. Know for dating the cheerleaders.

"Hey I'm sehun, chanyeols best friend" sehun says while slapping chanyeols chest. I just smile at him not knowing what to say and not wanting to embarrass himself.

"Hey I'm jongin also chanyeols best friend" he says while waving at me. Once again I just give them a friendly smile. They all seem really friendly.

"This is baekhyun we live in the same block of flats so we became pretty close" chanyeol says while putting his arm around my shoulder and smiling down at me.

During break the boys played soccer while i sat on a bench and watched them. They were actually really good. What else did I expect. The way chanyeol dribbled the ball around the others and kicking it straight passed the goal keeper into the back of the net amazed me. I had to admit I had a smile on the whole time i watched them play until the bell rang getting me out of the trance.

Imma try update more often now because we've almost finished the house so I'll be more active. And aswell I only realised that school starts for me in just over 2 weeks so I'm hoping to either finish this story before then without rushing it or that I have time to do it after the summer is over
