The one who had no filter
The one who sat next to me
The one who changed her hair a lot
The one who always 'spilled the tea'
To the girl who may have stolen a pencil from me
I forgave you for everything
you made me believe that I was loved
When you confessed to me that day
The one who was always in pain
To The one who was brave enough to love me ..
...and say it and be okay.
Im sorry.
I'm sorry for me avoiding your love
I'm sorry for not caring enough
I'm sorry for being scared of what you tried to give
I say I'm sorry because I actually wanted your gift
To The girl with the gift of love and decided to deliver it to me
I'm sorry for not accepting the package
I'm sorry for not receiving the right message
To the girl who has now left
And left me behind
I don't blame you
Because it wasn't you who left me but it was I who left you
You may have loved I
And I may have loved you
But that doesn't matter now since I've found you
But again I'm sorry because now you've moved on
A new date - a partner who I never met, never knew
I'm happy that you're happy and no longer in pain
I've heard many things that've changed in your life
That you even became more tame, less insane
And I'm glad that you're still you even if you don't have a clue
To the girl in 6th grade
I'm happy to have met you
I'm happy to have been with you
I'm happy that you loved I
And I'm happy that I loved you
