Hey guys!
So I'm sorta kinda frustrated but also, kinda scared and praying right now.
My exam keeps getting postponed and prolonged, so whenever I think tomorrow's the last day, the notification comes that it's postponed.
But there's a good reason though.
My state in our country is in dire situation right now. Last year, we barely had rain during the monsoon season. But this year, we have heavy rain.
And I mean HEAVY.
My district is relatively in a safe zone, even though we have heavy rain. But the rest of the districts in my state is in dire situation. Floods have made many people homeless, literally and some have also died. Rescue Operations are going on, but the weather report isn't giving us any relief either. Apparently, the worst isn't over.
The Dam has been overflowed and forced to open the shutter which resulted in nearby areas getting seriously flooded. The airport is flooded and is closed down for now.
I'm sort of in a safe zone, I can say, but still many of my friends have houses that are in red alert zone, plus I can't imagine what the people must be going through.
So, I'm hoping that we can all pray for this calamity to pass by us soon.
