CHAPTER FOUR: THE BETRAYED FRIEND

'This is the time I became very close to Alisha. Yeah she was a good friend since grade 7 but she became very close to me after the breakup. Ufffggghhhhhh...... Sometimes she treated me like her servant and also sometimes she used to treat me like a dog. Even though there were instances when she became my comfortable zone. I mean she was by my side at up & downs'. Saffiya used to believe in people too quickly, now that's the stupid side of her. To be honest no one ever thought Alisha is a betrayer and a cheater as well. They spent nights with long audio calls, messages etc. they were so close like even she had Saffiya's all social media passwords. Now that's kind of creepy. Am I right?? Hahahahaha.... None of them were able to live apart. Every weekends both the girls use to classes but actually not classes because Alisha wanted to meet-up with her boyfriend so they use to bunk the class and go out. Most of the time when ever Alisha does something prohibited & gets caught red handed to her family she use to convince them mentioning its Saffiya's fault. She never said a word until Alisha's true colours started popping out.

'Oh ohhhh here comes Perry THE WITCH! She is a BFF stealer. You know what she have stolen many of others BFF and created silly dramas. Guess what?? Now that's what going to happen for us also' she was really discontented seeing Perry enter. No one likes seeing themselves replaced to another, especially girls. So did Saffiya. Alisha started neglecting Saffiya all the time, she stopped sharing secrets also she stopped even caring about her. How unethical she was. The only human who was beside her was Sarah. She was one of the best friend Saffiya had. The only generous human being who existed with Saffiya for years & years. The only friend who never gave-up on her, also supported her 24/7. I know these type of species rarely exist. But luckily she was existing in Saffiya's life. Whenever Alisha & Perry tried some sort of evil plans Sarah helped Saffiya get rid of them. Perry always wanted to see Alisha taking revenge on Saffiya. She was so unpleasant so that she hurt her so badly without having a bit of humanity and respect. She started creating fake social media accounts to make the society have a synthetic image on Saffiya. Alisha sent all of Saffiya's pictures for many unknown boys and men. None knew until the day 'NIKE' who was Alisha's ex-boyfriend sent her all the screen shots of the chats she had with unknown people. She was such a betrayal, unfaithful, disgusting creature. Even she was a girl. I guess she might have forgotten her own gender. Even Saffiya could do the same for her, but she doesn't want to hurt others neither take revenge.

From all what happened Saffiya lost all of the self-admiration she had towards herself and lost all the positive vibes also fell into a deep depression for a long period of time. Sarah was helping her get out of all sorrow's that's when she met a cute, attractive guy from one of her social media account. He was really kind and well understanding. The only negativity of his was drugs, friends and party life. 'I am going to change it & make him better' thought Saffiya. They became so close while the days passed & unexpectedly the cute guy proposed her. 'Yeahhh finally I'm in a new relationship. I am going to forget my shitty past & move on like others. I am not going to be the dumb, Stupid & childish Saffiya anymore. Yes am going to behave as a matured'. Sleepless nights, romantic conversations etc. everything was going just perfect. They were almost like couple goals. Isn't it cute??? But this cute love story only granted for 3 – 4 months. Sadly Finn choose drugs over Saffiya. I know it's not acceptable to hear such from the person you loved so badly but she had to. She cried so loudly & she had to tell Mrs Hailey. She totally hated Finn due to his cheap character and addictions. Finn only wanted Saffiya for money, nothing else. There were instances where he expected sex from her but she didn't allow. So that's the main reason why he got fed-up of Saffiya. 'SEX, SEX, SEX' Saffiya just hates that word to the core & yeah she had a long flashback for that as well.

She was harassed brutally & sexually when she was only 12 years old. Just imagine how that little girl would have felt. Saffiya didn't reach her PUBERTY yet even. She was not harassed by a young man. It was an old man who was also a family friend. Day & night the harassment was continued. She could not handle the insult anymore. She dropped a text for Mr Hailey and they planned to throw him out of the house & never welcome him inside again for the rest of their lives. Thereafter she hated the word 'SEX' and also she hated when someone touches her. 'I wish there was some place in the corner of earth where sex is prohibited at all' this is what goes through her mind since she was a victim for that terrible harassment.
