CHAPTER TWO: THE GIFT

She woke up early in the morning and packed her books got dressed up and off she went to her classes. It was early morning 10:00am. Saffiya was standing out till her friends arrive, that's when she noticed three new students. They were all dressed up in formal dress-codes just like marketing sales men. Hahaha LOL!! I know that's totally weird as hell. Her friends arrived and they rushed up to their classroom. Few minutes passed & the weird boys came inside. 'HOLY GOD!!! This can't be happening. How come they are here' Saffiya was shocked & terrified seeing them inside the classroom. 'THAT'S MADDY!!!' she screamed unknowingly. Maddy & his two friends named Harry & Alex is in the same classroom as she is. Now that sounds terrible right. Saffiya felt so uncomfortable being watched right from the back since the class started. She informed her friends to be with her because she knew something bad would happen. She didn't have her phone so she was handed over her sister's mobile for emergency purpose. Unfortunately Maddy has taken down her sister Aaliyah's contact details and started threatening Saffiya. He was forcing her to take the gift which he had bought. Even though she refused she was been forced so brutally so she had no option rather than accepting the gift.

The next moment she went home her parents questioned her on the fragrant perfume she got but she had to lie saying it was gifted by her best friend because that was the only option for her to escape from Maddy's threatening. But it didn't take so long for her family to find out the truth. Poor Saffiya was living a dreadful life every second. Basically she hate living she wanted to die. They got Maddy's number and gave him a warning. That's when everything became worse. He started taking revenge from her. He created a fake instagram account and created a chat between him and Saffiya. Also he spread fake rumours about her especially to Raymond. He never believed Saffiya's words unless the society also says the same as her. He started believing all the rumours what was spread also he started taking revenge for a dumb rumour and helped Maddy as well. She sobbed, begged but Raymond was not ready to listen to her. She even cut her hand 74 times with a paper cutter just because she couldn't handle the pain by herself. She had no option rather than informing this to Mrs Hailey (Saffiya's mother). Saffiya showed all the messages to prove her mom what actually happened. She warned Maddy once again and said him clearly not to do it again.

Days passed Raymond started talking to her again but not as before. He had a distance between Saffiya. It was hard for her but yet she managed to it cause all what she wanted was Raymond's love, care, protection and mainly she wanted him to be with her for ever. Even though he scolded her in filth and made her down she never gave up on him. Raymond started flirting with other girls especially with his ex-girlfriend Ashly & Sasha. She was hurt but she never showed it. Even though she did he would not consider it at all. She started falling into depression day by day. Mr & Mrs Hailey were worried & tried their best to bring her out of the room and have a conversation but she refused. They started to realise that they have lost their daughter all of a sudden.
