We were at S.T.A.R labs. Iris had been told about Barry and was sitting on a chair, trying the best she could to cover her face with her hair. She was trying to be strong.

I, on the other hand, knew he was out there, waiting to come to her beloved Iris.

She was quite pretty, I admit, but nobody could ever be prettier than my mother, in my eyes.

I spun in the black chair as I waited for news. We had all been in the labs for thirty minutes, straight, trying to figure out a way to find Barry Allen.

Time was slow, but soon, Cisco appeared in the cortex with weird glasses on.

"Sarah, can you had over the suit for a second?" He asked me. I was hesitant, but I knew I had to do it. I nodded in his direction and slipped the suit off, using my superspeed. My regular clothes were underneath.

"Have you thought of anything?" I asked. He didn't answer, but I knew he heard me. I left it alone, trying not to push him.

I kicked the floor as I felt the velocity 15 run through my veins, healing the burn at my side, from sliding on the floor. Correction, hard cement floor.

I seemed to be looking at Iris a lot. I would sneak every glance I could, seeing her worried expression. Somehow, I knew this wasn't the first time her fiancé had either gone missing or had gotten into trouble.

I couldn't help feeling pity for her.

"G-grace?" I heard in the earbuds I still had on.

"Cisco is that you?" I asked.

"G-Grace!" It screamed, which made me take them off quickly, is a desperate attempt to make the noise stop. Curiosity made me put them back on.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"I'm so sorry, Grace!" The man's voice cried, then letting sobs come out. Something seemed to click in my mind, because i screamed for him.

"Barry?! Where are you? I can help you, what's wrong with Grace?" I asked, desperately screaming, catching Iris' attention, and apparently making Caitlin and Cisco come to my side.

"Help her! Please!" He screamed. Cisco yanked one of the earbuds, clearly have heard, at least faintly, Barry's voice.

He was typing away at the computer, and soon, we heard his voice from speakers around the room. I yanked the other earbud off and ran to the cortex.

"Barry?" Iris said, catching up.

"Iris" Barry seemed to realize. "Sir, what year am I in?" He seemed to ask someone.

"2009, sir" a man answered.

"Flash-team, can you hear me? I'm coming home" we heard him say.

"I'm coming home" i silently repeated.
