(I felt like I don't give Jo, the attention she deserves do here it is.)
Jo's Pov
I arrived at the school to a wave of laughter.
"It looks like the fairy section of party city threw up on up!"
Cadge, an overly assertive distance and clarinetist said.
"You did go a bit overboard, Jo." Lizz whispered, she was the only reason I was in this stupid get up. I was dressed in a lavender top, dark, butterfly embroidered jeans, silver high-tops, and a lavender bow.
"It's your dumbass' fault that I'm dressed like this!" I shot back.
"Just go find Mari! You know the rest." Lizz said walking away. "Ugh..."
I grunted and began the long walk to the fine arts building. I stuck my earbuds in and turned Pretty little psycho on loud.

Half way to the building, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I took one earbud out and turned to look.
"Hey Josie! I like your outfit!" Mari said, she had been walking a different way to the building when she saw me and came to chat.
"Thanks Marnnie!" I said trying to hint that I hated my first name.
"Soooooooo.... who are you going to homecoming with?" Mari said, in that stupid voice that girly-girls do when they want to know about your crush. (A/N: I fucking HATE that voice.)
"I'm just going with a group of friends, how about you?"
"I've been hoping that Carl will ask me. He's just so...*sigh*!" She said, placing her hand on her four head and fake fainting. I chuckled softly and stuck my earbud back in. Again I felt a tap on my shoulder. I took my earbud out again.
"Josephine, do you think he'll ask me?! You and Lizz are wizards when it comes to matchmaking!" She asked, almost begging.
I wanted to say 'Fuck yeah, that's what Lizz is trying to get him to do right now!' , but instead said. "Maybe." I stuck my earbud back in and walked the rest of the way to band.
