"Hey, mija." My mom greets me as I walk into the house.
"Hey, mom. Whatcha doing?" I walk over to her as she is sewing a shirt for my sister Aubrey.
"Nada, just your sister wanted me to fix this shirt." I roll my eyes as I see it.
"Mom she literally wears it every day. Let's just say its unfixable." I whisper and she laughs.
"Callate chismosa." Aubrey walks in looking like she's about to go swimming.
"Aye!" My mom warns her.
"Aubrey, you do know lingerie is meant to be under your clothes right?" I point at her tiny crop top and booty shorts that look like underwear.
"And you do know that Miguel has been with every other girl except you right?" I sneer at her and she smirks.
"Right because you would know. Be careful, I heard there are aids going around."
"Ya, callansen." My mom shuts us up.
"Mom look at the way she's dressed. If she's not careful she's gonna get raped." I warn her and she mimics me.
" Ama dile que se callae ya." She tells my mom to shut me up.
"I guess you wouldn't mind that right," I smirk and walk away as she gasps.
I go to my room and I stare out the window as I see the leaves gently swaying back and forth. My favorite time of year is fall and Halloween. I open the window and let the cool breeze into my room as I get out my assignments and just start reading and taking notes.

"Oh, I'm sorry." I bump into someone as I am walking around the fall fair.
"It's no problem." I look up but see a blank face, just a shadow and I jump back. I look around me and see people just minding their own business and I look back and the shadow is gone.
"What the fu..." I open my eyes and notice it was a dream. Just a dream. I look at the time and its 3 am. I sigh and rub my head. I'm not tired anymore.

"Hey, you looking pretty today." Susan walks hand in hand with Jake.
"Yea I woke up pretty early today so I just decided to get ready." I smile.
"Well, I'll see you two later." Jake hugs me and kisses Susan as he walks off with Miguel.
"So what's going on with Miguel?" She pushes me with her shoulder.
"Nothing, like always." I roll my eyes.
"Well, maybe you guys just need a push." She smiles and I reach my class.
"We've been pushing since freshman year of college the boy is hopeless and seriously I'm losing hope."
"Well don't. Maybe I can talk to him." She really wants to see us together.
"No, don't that Susan. I want him to do it for him not because someone forced him to do it. I'll see you later." I walk into my class and I sit down and it was English and it was reading day. We literally just had to read for one hour and a half.
We are dismissed early and I start walking to my next class and final class which is urban legends. This semester I only have two classes and so does Susan and Jake. Miguel has four but he just gets out later than us.
I sit on a bench and across the lake I see a man staring at me and I turn to look around but then I look back and he's gone I need to sleep.
"BOO!" I jump as I punch Miguel as he laughs.
"What the heck asshole!" I shake my head.
"Your class got out early today?" He asks and I nod.
"What about yours?" I already know the answer but I want to hear him say it.
"Nah. I just came to use the bathroom and I saw a damsel in distress all bored." He winks
"Well aren't you prince charming, but you should get back before Jake comes looking for you." I push him.
"I'm leaving plus the class is pretty interesting. You girls are going to enjoy it."
"What is it about today?"
"We are talking about the black eyed children and it's pretty interesting but I got to go. Bye." He hugs me and walks off to his class.
I just keep feeling like somebody is staring at me and I get chills from a gush of wind that passes by me and I just look around but nothing. I think I'm going crazy.
