"Good morning lazy ass." I walk downstairs to see my sister and mother drinking coffee and eating breakfast.

"Bueno diaz." I yawn grabbing a cup of coffee.

"Did you hear what happened last night?" Aubrey says as there is a knock on the door.

"No, what happened?" I prepare my coffee.

"Rose it's Susan." My mom lets her in as they greet each other.

"Hey, Susan want coffee?" I smile.

"Yes, please." She smiles hugging Aubrey.

"Here you go. So what's up with last night?" I hand Susan the coffee.

"Well one of the diners got burned down," Aubrey informs me.

"Oh, yea and at the same time there was a huge car crash that caused like 4 deaths." Susan joins in.

"Wow, really? I saw the firefighters and all driving by when I was walking to work." I shake my head and take a sip of my coffee.

"Damn this town is turning into shit." Susan grabs a muffin and eats piece by piece.

"Well, all we need is a strip club and trash everywhere. Oh, wait we do." Aubrey looks at me and I flip her off.

"I am not a fucking stripper nor is the club a strip club." I snap.

"Yea, don't be jealous of the club just because you can't get in. Shit, the club is probably the only thing we got for fun." Susan snorts.

"Yea whatever. I'm going upstairs." She rolls her eyes and walks upstairs.

"So we going to the fair later right?" Susan winks at me.

"It's the same old fall festival with the same old people" I sigh.

"Well it's something different from our everyday thing." she walks behind me up to my room.

"Yea but it's the same thing we do every freaking year, don't you think maybe I'm tired of it?" I sit on my window staring at the orange and yellow leaves moving side to side.

"Well as of right now, you have been doing the same thing forever and why stop when it's with your best friend and we have so much more fun together." She smiles big and lays on my bed.

"Well I mean the same things get boring and overrated." I sigh and go look through my closet.

"How about the club then?" She smirks

"Shut up!" I throw a shirt at her and she laughs.

"So what are you doing?" She wonders my stuff.

"Getting something to wear cuz I know damn well you aren't going to stop." I roll my eyes and picking a pink flannel with dark skinny jeans.

"Oh thank god, I thought I was going to have to bribe you." She smiles big.

"I don't care what you say you are going to buy me some hot chocolate and a funnel cake." I start changing into my clothes.

"Or I can tell Miguel to come with us." She watches me as I go to my little table and start doing my hair.

"Fuck no. I don't want to see him nor talk to him." I snap at her.

"Well damn someone is jealous." She laughs at me.

"It's not jealousy for shit. It's frustration, do you know how bad it feels to like someone that just keeps picking you last?" I pout my lips as I curl my hair.
