Aquila's POV
When the train finally stopped, Fred, George, Lee, Archer, and I all got off last. We walked as slow as possible because, c'mon, it's school we're talking about.
There was one more carrige left by the time we all got there, and I decided to run, because I need to burn all of those calories I've been eating.
After I told Archer and the gang, and the carriage left, I stood there for a couple of minutes. When the carriage was completely out of sight I started to run. The run was nice, smooth even. Before I started running, I plugged in my earbuds and put on music.
I listened to Look at me Now by Chris Brown, So in Love by Jill Scott, Can't Get Enough by J. Cole, Love on Top, by Beyonce, Let me Love You, by Mario, Rolling in Deep by Adele, Born This Way, by Lady Gaga, and Set Fire to the Rain by Adele.
It was a good run with some nice songs. When I finally got to the school, I still had a fairly stable breathing pattern. I walked to the main doors, looking around to see if anyone was nearby. Since I didn't see anyone I started to open the doors, slowly.
When I opened the doors enough for me to fit, I slid in. I started walking cautiously to the Great Hall. Peaking around each corner, I figured no one was going to be wandering around the halls. So with the next corner I just walked around like I normally would until I felt a tug on the back of my uniform.
Then, there was a great pull and I almost flew backwards. I turned around and found Filtch staring straight into my eyes. Filtch! How could I forget about him?!
"Oh, you're in trouble" He said with that sickly voice of his.
"Hehe, about that-" I trail off, attempting to run. I start running, and I'm not even 6 meters away, when I trip.
I look down to find Mrs.Norris. Oh come on! That hurt too. Oh well, guess I'm caught. Though, I could easily run, I'll still get in trouble later. Whatever, mate.
"You are coming with me, Black." He said and I cringed remembering my dad. He grabbed my ear and started to pull me.
"Ow! Ow, ow, ow. Can you stop pulling my ear?!?" Of course he ignores me and keeps pulling me.
"What do you think you were doing? Causing trouble, I suppose"
"What!? No! I just ran here, nothing else! Now let go of me!" And finally he let go of my ear.
Wait... did you seriously think he let go of my ear? Nah, mate. He just put more pressure on it. Poor ear.
He lead me all the way to the Great Hall where he opened the doors and threw me in. Yeah! He threw me! Crazy isn't it!
I could feel all of the students eyes on me. Staring deep into my soul. Kinda freaky actually. I got up, sweeped off my uniform and looked at Dumbledore. I give him two thumbs up and say.
"Yeah, dude, that was awesome!" My American accent is on point! I think... never met an American before. Oh well. Moving on.
Everybody started laughing. Even the professors were! Mission complete. I looked around the hall and saw Erin sitting at the Slytherin table chuckling. Our eyes met and I can feel my cheeks getting hotter by the second so I looked down.
Oh, yeah forgot to mention I'm sort of, kinda, maybe, not really, mostly not... who am I kidding, I'm definitely 100% bisexual. I haven't came out with my sexuality to anyone, though. Even though I don't care what other people think, I'm scared if my family and friends judge me... I know I'm a bloody coward. But think about it.
I'm pretty positive that nobody in either sides of my family weren't straight. Even if they weren't, I don't think they have told their family. I just don't want my family to turn on me. Like if Archer doesn't want to ever talk to me or is embarrassed by me... I don't know, I just don't want to go through that yet.
"Go grab a seat" Filch said behind me and I get a great idea.
"Okay, I will" And I take off running from the Great Hall.
I run and run, until I eventually find Filch's office. I walk in and grab one of the chairs in there and run out. On my way back to the hall, I see Peeves the Poltergeist flying around.
"Hey Peeves!"
"Aquila Black, back at Hogwarts, that's surprising" He smirks and I roll my eyes.
"Gee, thanks Peeves" I say and keep on running, with the chair above my head.
When I'm finally back in the Hall, I walk to the middle of it and hold the chair in my hand, and I flip it. I sit down, leaning my chest on the back of the chair. I look towards Filtch and wink at him.
"She's going to get in so much trouble" I hear Erin speak.
I hear a lot of whispering going around, but I just smile and wave. The first years were all looking around in confusion and also fear. As if anything would happen to me because of this. The worst they can do is give me detention...I hope.
"That ladies and gentlemen is how to get in trouble!" I stand up on the chair and yell out for everyone to hear. I swiftly do a back-flip, and hear clapping and whistling. I let out a breathy laugh and look around the Great Hall. I glance up towards the teachers table to see them all with small smiles on their faces, as if something like this has happened before.
"My, my, quite the show you put on there, Ms.Black. Now I believe you are hungry, so hurry up before the feast is over" Dumbledore said and I smirk.
"SIR YES SIR" I yell put really loud and the kids start giggling.
I walk over to Archer and the rest of the gang at the Gryffindor table because why not and start digging in. Chicken, Rice, Turkey, Potatoes, and all the good stuff. I eat it all up and the dessert comes.
"Wait! Where's my Pumpkin Juice?" I ask. They just shrug and I look at Dumbledore. He gives me a knowing look and I pout. Ugh I'll go to the kitchens later.
I grab some Treacle Tarts, Pumpkin Pasties, Cauldron Cakes, Regular Red Velvet cake, Chocolate Frogs! All of it is mine.
I eat all of the dessert and when the feast is over, we go down to the Slytherin common room.
