A Mess

Her room is such a mess.
She never wanted to get dressed.
She hated going to school.
She felt like such a fool.
"Its his option. Don't let it hurt you."
But what they didn't know was she was hurting herself.
She just wants to be straight.
She can't take more hate.
They don't know how it feels.
Every morning she dug in her heels.
"I won't go back to that place!"
But they just laughed in her face..
She used to wake up ready for the day,
But now doesn't know what's in store for today.
Will she make it without crying?
She refuses to give up trying.
She won't let him see her weak.
But she still can't eat.
Her whole world is crashing down.
But no one can hear the sound.
She pleading.
She's bleeding.
But she's not leaving.
