To Capture a Heart

Chapter 3

It was now time to head to the dens, ready for some shut eye, I followed Victoria, who said she would lead me to the girls den. As I walked into the den I was surprised with how well decorated it was. It had nice pillows, which I presume they found in this junkyard due to the fact that they were ripped but still suitable for sleeping on. Victoria led me to a big group of pillows where her, Jemima, Electra and Etcetera sleep. There was just enough room for one more, I got in the middle of Victoria and Jemima while Electra was beside Jemima and Etcetera was beside Victoria, the four of us taking up all the room. There were other pillows where the other dames could sleep. Everyone settled down and rested. It didn't take long for me to go to sleep, I was a little exhausted. Especially from thinking of Coricopat. I smiled as Coricopat popped into my mind one last time before I fell into a deep and blissful slumber.

I woke up, in the middle of the junkyard, no cat in sight. I was so confused on how I got here. I looked around confused when suddenly my eyes locked with a certain tom's eyes. It was Coricopat. He was staring at me, lust in his eyes. I gulped and looked away, embarrassed and nervous. Why was he here? Is he looking at me? Where is everyone? What the hell is happening? I looked back up to see him right in front of me, smirking seductively. My heart was beating super fast, it wouldn't stop, my cheeks were going super red from embarrassment. "Hello, Y/N~" he purred seductively, leaning close to my ear only to lightly nip it with his teeth. I squeaked in embarrassment and shock. I backed away a little, extreamely nervous, not sure what was going on. "H-Hi, Coricopat.." i stuttered nervously. He chuckled seductively and moved to my neck, tenderly nuzzling his head and face into my neck making me go crazy, i squeaked a little and closed my eyes. He then lightly nipped my neck with his teeth making me squeal and purr in pleasure. He chuckled and pulled away, looking down at me, a playful look in his eyes. He leaned down, his lips inches from mine, he was about to kiss me until i was rudly woken up.

I slowly open my eyes to see all the ladies awake, all staring at me. I gulped and sat up. "Bout' time ye' woke up," said Rumpleteazer, playfully.  "You were squeaking and squealing in your sleep," said Etcetera, giggling. My face goes red and i hide my face in my paws. "I think you were dreaming about someone weren't you?" said Jennyanydots, chucking a little. I gulped once more. "Propbably dreaming abut Cor-" Electra was cut off by me desperately shushing her. Attempting to keep my secret safe. "Aww come on hun, you can tell us, you're amongst friends," said Jellylorum. I sighed and leaned closer to the ladies. Could i really trust them? They all leaned closer to me, waiting for me to share my secret with them. I closed my eyes, embarrassed. "I-I had a d-dream about C-C-Coricopat..." i muttered nervously. Rumpleteazer giggled loudly and turned to Tantomile. "Ye' ere' that Tanto?  Y/N like ye' bother," she said, a playful tone in her voice. Tantomile was shocked but smiled, nodding her head in acknowledgement. "Please! Don't tell anyone, especially him! Please! I really want to trust you guys..." i said shyly. The ladies nodded and smiled. Tantomile slowly walked up to me and smiled, sitting next to me. "Actually, Y/N, my brother told me that he likes you, I could tell anyway, with the way he looks at you. He's never looked at anyone like that before. He didn't have a mate last Jellical Ball and neither did I, so we ended up dancing together. However, I think this year will be different. If you try to get closer to him, he may have the courage to ask you to be his mate," she looked at me, a sweet and gentle smile on her face. I was shocked that she was being so nice to me and mostly shocked that she said that Coricopat likes me. Maybe my fantasy could finally become reality. I don't know about the dream though.... that nearly gave me a heart attack! I don't want to know what will happen if it happens in real life. Though..... I think i would enjoy it.....
