It was a complete and total accident that Jimin had no intention of happening at all; it had just happened. One moment he was sat, bored out of his mind, at a lecture and the next he's agreed to go out to party and then four hours later, he's drunk beyond belief. It doesn't help that he's tired, having only had a brief one hour nap when he got home, also the weather has been incredibly hot as well recently. All of it adds up to create one very drunk and very messy Jimin.

He throws his head back laughing as Taehyung decides to show him a dance that he learnt on fortnite and it's so ridiculous that Jimin is in stitches in seconds. Around them, a few people laugh while some others join in as they recognise the dance and Jimin feels so relaxed and carefree which is exactly what he needs.

The heavy bass of the music bounces erratically off of the walls, multi coloured strobe lights dance over the floor and the air is hot and humid. Clubs are definitely not Jimin's favourite places to be but when he's tipsy and merry, he will be up for anything and when he's then drunk; he'll lead the dance floor.

"Let's go and get another drink!" Taehyung shouts at Jimin, standing as close to his ear as possible and Jimin only just understands his friend.

He nods and takes a hold of Taehyung's hand to guide him through the maze of people dancing, talking and drinking and albeit stumbling, they make it in one piece.

"Four shots please" Jimin shouts loudly to the bar tender who leans in extremely close to be able to hear Jimin's voice over the obnoxious music.

He nods and quickly sets about making the shots after Jimin hands him the money and once the shots are lined up at the bar, Taehyung steps forward too and the pair of them drink the shots in less time than it took to make them. It's easy enough to see that both of them are totally gone and at this point, no idea is a stupid idea which in itself is a silly idea.

Jimin should absolutely not text Yoongi and fill him in on their drunken adventure and Taehyung should absolutely not be encouraging him to do so but right now, in this moment, reality isn't the same as it is when the pair of them are sober. Anything is funny and a good idea.

"I'm just going outside" Jimin explains to his friend, aided by a lot of hand gestures, and Taehyung only nods as confirmation that he heard him before darting off to find their other friends somewhere in this giant crowd.

Jimin practically runs outside to get into the fresh air and when he does, the alcohol hits him straight in the face even harder then he thought it would and he's incredibly surprised that he doesn't pass out on the spot. His legs are wobbly, he cannot stand still and everything has a slightly wavy look to it but Jimin is so happy he feels like he is on cloud nine.
