Chapter 21

Me and Ethan stare at each other not knowing what to say.

Fuck

It's over, Grayson knows I lied to him

He walks over to me and stands straight in front of me " Elle... can I talk to you for a minute?"

I nod

" Alone" He says after looking into Ethan's eyes

Ethan rolls his eyes and walks away bumping into Grayson's shoulder making Grayson's fists clench into a ball and turning around towards Ethan

I quickly grab onto his arm pulling him back towards me. There was no way I was going to witness another fight between them.

My stomach was turning knowing exactly what Grayson was going to say to me.

" So... You and Ethan.." He says sitting down onto the couch me and Ethan just fucked on

I sit down next to him and place my hand on his lap " Grayson, you know you are my best friend in the whole world and I love you to death right?"

He nods gently looking down at his lap

" I'm so sorry I lied to you but Gray, best friends shouldn't stop their best friend from being happy. And I'm sorry to say this but, Ethan makes me happy and if you can't accept that then, I don't think we can be friends" I say with my eyes getting teary

He looks up from his lap and stares into my eyes " You're right"

My eyes get wide from his response

" I'v been selfish, and if Ethan makes you happy then I say go for it" He smiles wiping the tears from my eyes

I smile at him and lean in to hug him. This conversation couldn't have gone any better " Thank you Grayson I love you so much you're the best!"

We pull away and he stands up " Alright now I don't want to know what you guys were doing down here before I came so i'm just going to go hangout with Nick" He laughs

I nod and laugh as I watch him walk out of the front door

I smile to myself as I stand up quickly and and run up the stairs into Ethans room. I barge into his room and see him standing by his bed playing on his phone.

Quickly I run over to him and tackle him onto the bed as I lay kisses all over his face " Woah woah woah what's all this about" He hols himself up with his elbows as I straddle my legs around his torso.

" I told Grayson and he's okay with us being together" I scream into his face

" Okay I mean I was still going to be with you even if he said no" He laughs

"Okay yeah but it would of been bad so now it wont be bad so we are chillin"

He smiles as he grabs onto my waist quickly flipping over so now he is on the top. He leans in and kisses me making the butterflies in my stomach go crazy.

" I love you Ethan" I smile at him

His eyes go wide but quickly turns into a smile

" I love you too Elliot"
